I see that all over the world their highest rating is 1.7. However though my complaint seems frivolous, I still am very upset. Ok in Ontario they have a weekly promo bet 20;and get a 10 dollar bonus bet if you lose. So I lost and here I am waiting for my 10 dollar bonus bet. It did not show up , I sent many emails all treating me like I am an idiot. They state that I forfeited my wager because I did some withdrawal problem is I have not withdrawn any thing from them since 2022. I used them abit at the beginning and even then from the 5 or so accounts I had I already noticed that their customer service was very lacking. You cannot phone them the only time they give you a number to call is when you are having deposit issues which I do not have. I threatened them with this review and I am also reporting them to IGAMING who can easily revoke their license if they do something illegal or just pissing clients off. By the way I started thinking if using them again and again I received frustration. No there's no book that would let me take this frivolous case this far but obviously what do they care about a 20 dollar bettor. I bet if I was a high stakes player they would not have treated me like this. It's all about the money. Update after 1 month if badgering this place they finally agreed I was right and instead of 10 gave me a 50 dollar bonus bet. Maybe there is hope. However though I appreciate the inflated bonus nothing makes up for the bad taste in my mouth that this has left with me. I highly doubt I will be using them anymore . To other companies out there, it's all about customer service. We have many choices and through trial and error eventually we will find the right service. Thanks to Trust Pilot and other platforms like this that hold these companies to account.
Also I know I am only one player that is max a 20 dollar bettor but lose a thousand of us and now it's 20 thousand you get the picture bigger companies than this have gone by the wayside.

Nothing works here. Horrible customer service . You go to chat and explain what is not working they don't care , they tell you to come tomorrow. You claim bonus , bonus is not working , they tell you come tomorrow . Stay away from here!

I have been playing on this site for over one year, I become VIP player as I have spent thousands of € playing and loosing!! I didn't get any special treatment or any bonuses for playing with them.. VIP CLUB is just a lie.
When I stopped playing they called me ( one account manger called Gabriele) and offered me 25% bonus on my next deposit, so I put 1700€ and I was waiting for the bonus, I didn't receive any bonus, I tried to call and to ask for the account manger and I called like 35 times, everytime they told me that I will receive a call back which never happen. My account manager called Elisabeth never called me back and all the operator lied to me with the same answer, she is not available now but she will call you back, for 3 weeks I didn't get a call back!!! + When I call I encounter only rudeness from operator like operator called Alessandra who was really very rude and impolite and she hung up on me many times.
This people are based in Romania and they are just scammers and thieves. I played again in 1 day with 2500€ and waited that they will honor what they promised but again they ignored me over and over.
Please guys don't play on this site they will rob your money without any special treatment for people who spend lotd of money, they just don't care about customers service and they are just thieves!

I asked to close my account and they didn't even bother to call me and offer a resolution instead they send me an offer for next deposit , so they keep lying and they want me to put more money when I didn't receive anything before.

one of the worst casino's outthere....thats why the numebr of players is so low vs other concurent poker websites. Let me explain how they steal your money.
1. If you play at table, they have bots that basically always beat you with runner-runner or something similar. To give you and example if you get AA and you raise, someone will come with 25 offsuited and do a straight with runner-runner.
2. IF you play in tournaments no matter if you win one, you will lose next ones till all your papper profit is gone.
3. The slots are ridiculos. If you bet 100$, you get less than 5$ and if you are lucky, a bonus round with similar pay.

Its easier to understand why they act like this since the number of players droped drastic in the last years, especially on cazino websites. Im guessing people are starting to figure it out how big scam they are. I guarantee this is the next poker website thatt will ger closed soon. Save this rating

Stay away, absolute scammers, played there for over a decade, spent over $30K, all documents in order but when I requested a $2K withdrawal they dragged it for weeks and in the end didn't pay a cent.
