تم عمل عمليتين سحب كل عمليهذ بمبلغ ٦٠٠٠ الف جنيه مصرى استلمت العملية الأولى و لم استلم العملية الثانيه تواصلت مع الفريق المسئول عن عمليات السحب والايداع حلال رسائل الصفحة ألتى يستوجب تسجيل معلوماتك و انتظار دورك فى الشات حسب ما يحدده الفريق و انتظرت فى بعض الأحيان ساعة وبعض الأحيان ساعة ونصف حتى أتحدث مع أحد الموجودين و تواصلت معهم وعملت تزكرة بخصوص شكواى و ولم يتصل احد فتواصلت مرة أخرى و فى كل مرة كان يتحدث اليا شخص يجهل تماما المشكلة ويتعين عليا البدء من أول المشكلة و كل مرة ارسل كشف حساب بنكى و فديو من واقع المحفظة الخاصة والذى يثبت عمد تلقى المبلغ فى حسابى و حسب هواء المتحدث يكون الرد المهم هو أن يضيع حقك فى المطالبه بالاموال وعندما يجد المتحدث إنك تعلم ما أقول يوجد لديه خيارين غلق للشات دون الرجوع إليك أو يطلب منك الطلبات المقدمة مرة أخرى وصلت هكذا لمدة شهر كامل انتظر ساعات للشات كى أعرف ما تم فى شكواى حتى مليت من الدعم ومن الفريق فوجدت العم على إحدى التواصل الأجتماعى فأرسل له شكواى والذى رحب فى البداية وبعد ذلك حدث ما كان يحدث فى الشات يرد حسب هواه و فى بعض الأحيان كان من يريد ضياع حقى كالمعتاد حتى تواصلت إلى اميل الدعم و تواصلت مرة عدت مرات و هو لا يفرق شئ عن سابقة و ظلا المشكلة دون حل أو رد من خلال دعم الشركة حتى مر قرابه شهر و عشرون يوما الان ولم اجد ردا على طلبى وقد ذهقت من كثرة التواصل و السؤال دون جدوى وكتبت هذا التعليق ولكنى متأكد من عدم رد الشركة عليه لأنى أعلم سياساته الشركة و هى ضياع حقوق اللعيبه والاستيلاء على أموالها.

Ricevo un'email che richiede un documento che attesti la titolarità del mio account Apple Pay, specificando che devo fornire uno screenshot che mostri il mio nome e cognome, la data di nascita, il numero di contatto, l'indirizzo email, il codice Apple Pay e la carta collegata, che termina con **2262.

Vorrei chiarire che nessuna delle mie carte termina con questa cifra. Utilizzando Apple Pay, Apple crea una carta virtuale collegata al dispositivo per effettuare pagamenti online, o almeno è ciò che ho appreso in questi giorni. Ho già contattato più volte l'assistenza di 888 Casinò per spiegare la situazione, ma mi dicono che il problema è dovuto alla mia errata presentazione dei documenti. Ho persino contattato l'assistenza Apple per chiedere se potessero fornirmi un documento ufficiale, ma non sono riusciti ad aiutarmi. Mi hanno consigliato di inviare un estratto conto per dimostrare che le transazioni sono state effettuate da me, e ho fatto anche questo.

Onestamente, non so più cosa fare. Ho inviato screenshot con il mio nome, cognome e data di nascita, altri documenti con il numero e l'email, e ora ho mandato anche foto del mio telefono con un altro dispositivo, accanto ai miei documenti d’identità.

Spero che possiate aiutarmi a risolvere questa situazione. Anche perché assistenza di 888 casinò e inutile e maleducata

Been on this site years and never a problem. Account froze 4 days ago, I have been on the online chat 5 times and they say they have to call me back. Insisted they process a withdrawal, so far taken 4 days, normally 3 hours. Cut off chat last night, still no call. Absolute rubbish. No email address, no telephone number. Jeg har været ‘kunde’ hos 888 i mange år og har selvfølglig tabt og vundet. Jeg har oplevet platformen udvikle sig løbende og henvendt mig når der har været fejl løbende. Filmen knækkede dog, da jeg fejlagtigt lagde 2 identiske væddemål, da platformen meldte fejl.
Dette resulterede i, at jeg i en mail blev afvist og anklaget for at lyve om mine intentioner. Noget så umsageligt og uhørt, er jeg sjældent blevet udsat for.

Customer service is non existent, they won't process a payout back to the account it came from, stating that it's not in the country I live in (it is) and when you eventually get through to interact with someone they send you back to the bot and send emails from no reply addresses. 888 never engaged with ADR ended up. unresolved, I had to escalate and had one helpful advisor on chat who managed to connect me to the right people and eventually they paid out. Recieved a email from their complaints team suggesting if I open any accounts with them they will be closed, their business decision.
