80s tees were prompt, professional, honest and came through on their return & refund promise! I have bought from 80s tees before and I will do-so again! Best USA online retail experience yet!

I've ordered quite a few shirts from here now. The shirts are great. An app called SHOP, somehow is handling my orders now. They said 3 shirts had been delivered and there was only 2. I emailed 80stees and literally was answered in 10 or 15 minutes! My order is suppose to arrive tomorrow. REALLY appreciate the Customer Service of Dani.

Purchased 10 tees from 80stees. Com , shipped in 2 shipments . The first shipment has one tee that was damaged with smudges and a small hole , I contacted 80stees asking for it to be replaced , the customer service was the worst , I was told I had to send pictures of the damaged shirt and I did . Then I was contacted again saying the pictures were not satisfactory , sent another picture and after 3 days and much wasted time I got fed up and asked for a refund . The second shipment came with another damaged tee. The print was way off center but I couldn't go through another round with the rude and inconsiderate customer service , and by the way only by email no phone . Don't waste your time with these losers !
Since I can't write another review at this time I will answer your response. If I knew 80s tees had no
live customer service and that I would have to pass a lie detector test in order to replace a DAMAGED ITEM
I would not have ordered from you. And by the way your tees are just ok, I get better quality TEES from HOT TOPIC for muck less and any time I had an issue
it was resolved no questions asked. Wow you don't trust your customers enough to think they will try to send things back for nothing , that's screwed up.

Ordered from Germany and had to pay an extra total of 50 EUR in custom duties because they have sent me 4 Shirts in 4 different packages and never mentioned this up front. The quality of the shirts is good, but since I payed almost 50% on top I can not recommand this page for german citizens!

I couldn’t possibly be happier. I’ve ordered from 80s tees in the past and have loved everything. The quality of material and the art on the shirts are impeccable. I recently made an order and was sent the wrong size. I think just the words ‘customer service’ makes everyone cringe just a little. So naturally I was a little anxious about having the whole refund/exchange conversation. But customer service was better than amazing. We briefly discussed what went wrong with my order and I was told a new shirt in the size I ordered would be sent out right away. I would definitely recommend them.

The shirt received was great quality and felt really nice. Unfortunately there was a slight defect. I emailed them with pictures and they had tracking for a replacement shirt for me in less than 24 hours. I will buy from them again in the future for sure.

They have an excellent customer service. Fast response on email. I had to exchange my t-shirt (needed a larger size) and it went very well. Can't wait to receive it, the t-shirt is beautiful and of good quality! I recommend them!

The 80s Tees customer service is off the charts great. In an era where it's hard to even get a response from most companies, these folks go above and beyond. (A special shout out to customer service rep Dani who was extremely responsive, professional and friendly with a minor issue I had.) It's clear the company cares about its customers and its products. The shirts are very well printed, with superior prints to many of the pop culture graphic t-shirts on the Internet. I can already tell these shirts will really last. (The only thing I would encourage folks to pay attention to though is that you cannot choose standard shirts vs softer shirts and designs are either one or the other.) I love the designs on the shirts and wearing them makes me feel good because they celebrate the pop culture icons I love. If you're on the fence about whether to buy from them or not, let me reassure you that you're in good hands and they'll do what they can to make sure you're happy.

The tee shirts I ordered were awesomely printed and arrived quicker than expected. A couple weren’t centered and a quick email with a couple of photos and they were promptly replaced.

They’re not cheap shirts but they’re not cheap shirts. I expect these to last a long time and I’ve spent more money for lower quality in the past.

If you see ones you love, I’d go for it!

I have been purchasing awesome Transformers and Marvel shirts from this company for years. The customer service here is outstanding you get almost the same day response if not within the hour. Dani, and Kevin have exemplary customer service. The shirts and CS is what keeps me coming back. And their generous discounts for loyal members. Till all are one!

The quality of the shirts is amazing! Great Fabric and the print looks classic like it will be there for a long time, even after a couple washes. It was super fast to get my purchase and even got a personal thank you from them. I highly recommend them for your vintage tee’s!

Ordered tee shirt. Design looks great however, the tee shirt itself feels thin and cheap. Doesn't feel like it is made for long term wear.

I placed my recent T-shirt order & when they arrived i had been shipped the wrong shirt. I sent Customer Support a email & received a reply almost instantly. They sent the right shirt out the next day. 80stees.com has the best level of customer service I have ever received.

My shirt came in spectacular condition and I love the print so much! I would say that I am a tiny lady and it would be nice if there were an option for XS small shirts in the men's section but other than that, I adore my tee! 80s tees is the only place where I find awesome transformers t-shirts that doesn’t look like you found them in the kids section lol (even Amazon can’t beat these guys). The team is awesome and love that all the shirts are license so the artists get their cut. Great place to shop and would surely be returning to buy more!

I would like to thank the whole crew for their understanding, help, and communication when dealing with my issue with one of the shirts that I had ordered. The communication was top notch clear and to the subject. The shirt I had had some runs in it after the first wash. It was replaced with no questions asked, the timing took a bit but we received the shirt and we're happy with the results. I do look forward to further purchases and I hope they all have the same successful results in me being a satisfied customer. Thanks.

Just wanted to take the moment to post positive feedback, as I know most people never get around to it. I already had a bunch of reasons to like 80stees, and now I'm adding great customer service to that list. I had an issue that was mostly my fault, and 80stees worked with me to resolve the issue in my favor. They didn't have to, so I'm very appreciative of the gesture. So two of the shirts I recently purchased the print started to peel off I contacted 80s tee and they organise replacement for both shirts right away I didn't even ask. You just don't get that level of service anymore and it has made me a life long purchaser's from now on. Cool shirts with that level of service amazing. Highly recommend
