Best customer service. Had a t-shirt that was made on wrong size and they replaced immediately and told me to keep the old one. Great follow up too.

My overall experience has been great! I bought a bunch of 80’s tees for my wife, who loves 80’s nostalgia, for her birthday. I reached out and asked if there was any way they could help get them here on time.
They were very accommodating and I already have my shipping info and it looks like we are going to make it!
That is some A-1 level customer service!

Help with an order that hasn't arrived

I ordered a shirt from 80stees in November, and it hadn't arrived yet. The staff replied to my email promptly, and were very helpful in re-shipping my order. They were very courteous throughout our email conversations.

From placing my order to having it delivered this company was top notch when it came to communication!! I will be ordering again soon!!

Prompt response to all queries. They delivered on everything promised. There isn't much to say, which is how a transaction should be.

I had an issue with my order. Super fast customer service response. They immediately handled my issue and sent a replacement asap which is perfect. This was a Christmas gift, so I was pretty sad, but they showed to be a rad company who cares about their customers. Tons of fun prints and excellent quality. I also love how they show sizes clear for what they sell. Some sizes are different on different items so I advise one to check that. Highly recommend. Repeat customer here.

I bought the National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation Griswold hockey jersey size large…80’s Tees really came through for me!!! it arrived at my house before Christmas so I could wear it Christmas Day!!! The jersey itself is very high quality material and fits perfectly!!! It is a perfect gift for a fan of the movie and I haven’t met anyone yet who isn’t!!! This Christmas is going to be so much fun when I surprise my dad wearing it, and it is all thanks to 80’s Tees!!! There customer service is amazing too!!!

I’ve ordered from this company a couple times. Not only do they have great quality items but the customer service is above all. Super fast response time also. I ordered the wrong size, sent an email asking if I could swap it for the right size, figuring like most companies they would get back to me in a couple days. The reply was almost instant and they had no issue swapping out my mistake for the size I actually needed. Thanks guys! Great company!

I was concerned about shipping and emailed. I received a response within minutes. The customer service was outstanding. They had several options for me to choose from and upgraded the turn around time for printing. It's hard to find a company with such attention to detail! I was very pleased and will be using this company again!

They have great products as I have ordered in the past. During Black Friday I added some things to my cart and went on with my day. I later received a text from a bit regarding the standard you want me to get you a discount to buy now. I replied yes for a code to finish. Code was invalid as there was already a promotion running. Ok fair deal. This morning I get an email with a new code asking for why I abandoned my cart. Tried the code, didn’t work again as there is a promo running. Offered feedback that if you are going to email and text to finish my purchase over two days you may want to include codes that work as it is a bit misleading. I received the following response to opinion they asked for…, Hi, Brett. You are correct that discounts and promotions can't be stacked on a single order. It's a standard practice for e-commerce stores, and we note it on the checkout page.

So I guess it’s ok for them to bug you with false codes to finish your purchase as “everyone else does this”. Maybe they should read their own page before they start with the email/text campaigns.

Gotta love the selection of shows, movies, games from long ago that they have! I'm a nostalgia addict so this is a crazy find. The shirts could be a little less expensive but when I received my first item, the material is good and comfortable, smooth and all that jazz. With one of the items I had to contact customer service and they responded quickly and were very polite! I will definitely continue to purchase items and recommend to friends and family, (so they can buy me stuff)
