Disappointing experience
I ordered a set from 4th & Reckless, but unfortunately the top was missing from my order when it arrived. I contacted customer service by email and have tried to get the issue resolved, but the process has been frustrating and I’ve had to chase things up myself.

As I received an incomplete set, I now want to return the item and get a refund. I expected much better customer service and a smoother resolution.

STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS what an awful company. Have had three orders from them and the items that I have returned have not been refunded and you have to chase for the payment and then they don't send the correct amout. They owe me £48. Customer service is absolutely diabolicle AVOID them I will never order again.

Actual scammers? Sent me one of the items I ordered, then said they'd escalate it but didn't. Then ghosted me. I went to return the other item they sent me and then had a notification saying I can't process a return because they haven't sent it? Actual scammers. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE WITHOUT A CREDIT CARD.

Dreadful customer service. It took over a week to receive responses to emails, making communication extremely frustrating. I purchased three items with next-day delivery, yet the order actually took four days to arrive. When the items finally arrived, I was disappointed to find that the quality was poor and the sizing was significantly inaccurate. When I attempted to return the items within the company's stated 14-day return period, my request was initially refused. It was only after sending multiple follow-up emails that they eventually agreed to accept the return, claiming it was being done as a gesture of "goodwill." Overall, this was a very disappointing experience from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing from this company.

As stated in other reviews - I wish I had read them before ordering from here! I returned my entire order to them - items completely unopened, but only received a refund for half the ordered. I’ve sent multiple emails to question this but they just get ignored. Terrible customer service & in actual fact, it’s just theft from honest customers who thought they were a trusted retailer. Disappointing.

Very disappointed with my experience. I returned two dresses but have only been refunded for one of them, despite returning both items together.

What’s even more frustrating is that the refund process took around two and a half weeks, despite their stated timeframe being up to 10 days. After waiting longer than expected & having to chase them - they’ve still managed to process the refund incorrectly.

Wish I’d read reviews before ordering as I can see others have experienced the same thing.

Be careful when applying a discount code, it declines the first payment for absolutely no reason and then when you click to pay again it’s removed the discount code and they won’t refund you it. Very naughty way of avoiding the discount they’re offering you.

Their customer service is extremely supportive and helpful. Despite the fact that the quality of clothing products they offer is excellent as well.

Disgusting customer service!
I returned 2 items and get a refund for only one, they tell me the item returned in a condition that does not meet the requirements outlined. No photo proof, no money back and no item! It could not be possible I returned the item in a bad state, as I tried it for less than a minute and immediately after that put it in the bag! Scammers!

Horrible customer service. I returned 3 items, but after checking was only refunded for 2. After reaching out they said 1 of my returns was refused due to being worn - this was definitely not the case. I also received no email communicating that one of returns had been denied until I checked my refund amount. Also there was no option to return the item back to me. Don’t bother ordering, seen some many horrible reviews.

Gorgeous, great quality clothes and excellent customer service!!

My dress broke on my hen do, due to a faulty zip. I have written to complain and request to return the item, however I keep getting responses from an online bot and not an actual human. Poor, poor service. Don’t buy from here.

I just ordered the Lemon Knitted Short Sleeve Maxi Dress, and wanted to say how happy I am with the dress. The quality is great, the colour is beautiful. I wanted a stretchy dress that I could wear to my baby shower in a gender neutral colour. I didn't want it too be thin either, due to the fact I'll be stretching it over my belly. I find maternity clothes generally unflattering and very restricted in range, so this is perfect and it'll mean I can use it after baby is born.

I placed an order just after the cut-off time for next day delivery, so when it didn’t arrive as expected I reached out to customer services as I was going on holiday a few days later.

They replied really quickly and explained that due to a courier error, my order unfortunately wasn’t going to arrive in time. I was genuinely gutted. I also run my own online business, so I know couriers can be a nightmare sometimes and these things aren’t always in a brand’s control. The way they handled it completely turned things around.

They immediately offered to send a replacement, which arrived the very next day, just in time for my holiday.

I was over the moon. It ended up being my favourite outfit of the whole trip and I got so many compliments wearing it.

What started off as a rocky experience was handled so well in the end. I dealt with Katie and she was absolutely lovely. Great customer service makes all the difference. Will definitely order again.

Katie from customer care truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue with my parcel being delivered incorrectly. I already love the quality of their clothes, but this experience has completely cemented my loyalty -I’ll definitely be shopping with them again.

I spoke to the amazing Katie about a new product and when it would be released. Within 2 hours of my first email, Katie told me the product would be released soon and if I needed any more help she was more than pleased to help.

Seamless, speedy service! There was a delay with my return due to the courier and Katie resolved the issue within a couple of hours. Really impressed not only with the products but with the customer care too.

Excellent customer service. The team were friendly, responsive, and really helpful throughout my enquiry. They handled everything professionally and kindly, which I really appreciated. Would happily shop here again.

I bought a jumper in late November as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately my wife is allergic to the material, and just tried to return only to be disappointed to find from customer service that there was no flexibility on returns beyond the standard 14-day window - even for unworn gift items with tags still attached.

I understand this may be within their policy, but for an online fashion brand selling gifts over the Christmas period, I expected a bit more goodwill or at least the option of store credit.

Worth bearing in mind if you’re buying presents and I wouldn’t purchase from here again for gifts.
