3 Peaks Cycles | Bike Shop & Cafe Anmeldelser

Cancelled my order due to supplier issues but at least had the decency to call me and apologise for the inconvenience - thank you

I ordered some new Altura panniers from this company on a Friday morning and they arrived the next day.
Excellent product at a very competitive price.
Was emailed updates on dispatch and delivery all the way through the process.
Very impressed and would happily buy from again. The way business should be.

I ordered a powermore 250 battery for my canyon. Very fast delivery. Great communication. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again, Highly recommended
Thank you

Needed a small spring for the folding catch on my Cube electric bike. 3 Peaks were so helpful, rang Cube in Germany, worked out which part I required and had it sent from Germany. Fantastic service unlike all the other e-bike shops I contacted. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Bought my first ebike from here. Since then I have always had my bikes serviced and bought spares and kit from the shop. They have always been very helpful and happy to give advice when needed.

Great customer service 3 Peaks Cycles are very helpful in all aspects of cycling

Friendly and knowledgeable shop with an outstanding range of books for walking and cycling.
It is good to know proper shops with proper staff still exist.

The website was really easy to navigate. I purchased a QuadLock case that I had struggled to find elsewhere online - and at a great price too!

The parcel landed with me in less than 24 hours and I received updates when it was dispatched, with the courier ect.

Bonus, they have a great Customer Rewards scheme too. 10/10 would purchase from them again!

Great price and great service , my bikes are all retro modded so it’s great to grab a 9 speed bargain like this 12x23 sram cassette when I can , shame I didn’t see the 11x28 at the same time !!
Great job 👍

No pushy sales person. Knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Who knew you could have a test drive of a bike.

Ordered Ortlieb panniers and they were delivered exactly as promised.

Easy to order, fast delivery, brilliant price.
I thoroughly recommend 3 Peaks.

My experiences at the shop and cafe have always been good and their product range is great. I recently raised the issue that there was no shop phone number or email on the website and the owner called me straight back. Hopefully a number will now be added. So I've ordered my new Arkel bike bag and hope to call back into the store soon. Keep up the good work!

I like the physical shop and pop in when I'm up that way. The virtual shop is nearly as friendly. Good range of relevant stuff and DPD delivery too. What's not to like?

Excellent service I ordered a Bosch electric bike charger late on Thursday I received all the tracking information on the Friday and received the charger on the Saturday to Northern Ireland...more than happy with the experience 😀

I work with this company in a professional manner, and have always had good experiences chatting to staff-members.

Mick and Alastair are within my usual experience, and I enjoy a good laugh with each of them - great guys!

Ordered gravel bike bar tape, package came open and tampered with part missing, was just going to write it off and not use again. But they have kindly sent another one. Thankyou

Very good shop for bike and coffee lovers. Nice, well trained people that are happy to help. Everything you need for your day out on your bike.

Are absolutely useless waste of time order the bike through V12 finance got confirmation on the Friday saying thank you for your order will be dispatched in seven days only to have a phone call on Monday saying we will have to cancel your order. No explanation. Apart from we made a mix up would never even dream of using theses guy’s again I paid £800 and deposit. Have my finance agreement signed ready to go. I’m going to have to speak to the finance company to try a get this search removed as it will show on my credit file. It’s a big joke stick to the bigger companies if I was you or it will cost you just like it did me!
(Their response says it all once they realised they said! it was 4 days later not straight away. Plus you say I tuck it fine an seemed happy you could see that over the phone? Gutted I was but you never left me much choice hi where cancelling your order we made a mistake. Did you expect me to say no your not lol the company is a joke me an V12 finance did a quick Google search I noticed you still have the bike’s up for sale on eBay an on your site at a higher price disgusting
