GREAT

What a wonderful way to select and specifically personalize for a particular person.
If you wish you can create your own card and insert a photo, so much fun.
The staff are extremely helpful and polite.

Someone replied to my problem of a card…

Someone replied to my problem of a card I sent to a friend for her birthday. I put the incorrect e-mail address missing the last 2 letters of it. The issue was resolved and the card was sent. Thank you for your help I really appreciate it.

Prior to the upgrade I was able to transmit by text…

Prior to the upgrade I was able to send cards via text. A prompt was given. With the upgrade I am told I can send cards via text but no icon or prompt to transmit via sms is given, so i am unable to send any card by text.

When you upgraded 123 greeting cards…

When you upgraded 123 greeting cards recently, you took away the choice of sending the cards via text messages. Only can do it now by email and I’ve had nothing but problems with that. It seems sending it via text. They get it instantly. Sending it to their email. They may not check their emails for two or three days so it’s kind of lost with sending them a birthday card or any other card on their special day.

Since had contact from 123 greetings, and if issue has been resolved they get my 5 stars again.

I have sent 3 e mails, regarding a technical issue. My 123 greetings cards are being rejected. To an e mail I have been sending too for years. This is your problem not ours. Please fix this ASAP as causing heart ❤️ ache.

We have reviewed our records. During the month of May, we were performing a system upgrade that caused some email addresses to be temporarily placed in our bounce database. This may have affected your ability to send eCards to your recipient during that period.

The issue has now been resolved. Any recipient email address that was previously affected has been restored, and you should be able to send cards successfully.

You can send an eCard via text message instead of email using the Share feature on our platform. Below are the steps to help you get started.

From the Mobile Website (m.123greetings.com)
1. Open m.123greetings.com in your mobile browser.
2. Select the eCard you wish to send.
3. Just below the eCard (above the Sender Details section), you will see a row of icons. Tap the text message icon.
4. Your phone will open your default messaging app with the card link ready to send to any contact.

From the 123Greetings Mobile App
1. Open the 123Greetings app on your phone.
2. Select the eCard you wish to send.
3. Tap the Share icon located next to the Favourites icon.
4. Choose your preferred messaging app (Messages, WhatsApp, or others) and send the link to your recipient.

If you are using an iPhone or iPad and do not see the iMessage option, it may be due to your device settings. The following tutorial video can help you enable iMessage:

If you were asked to pay, you may have landed on a fraudulent clone website that mimics our brand – or you may have seen our optional ad‑free Pro mobile app ($5.99/year), which is entirely optional and clearly marked.

We do not lie. We have been providing free ecards for over 20 years.

If you were charged by a site claiming to be us, please email us at support@123greetings.com with the details, and we will help you identify whether it was a clone site. You should also contact your bank to dispute the charge.

The 123 Greetings is truly amazing

The 123 Greetings is truly amazing. To be very clear:
We are a legitimate ecard service that has been operating for over 20 years. However, we recognize that sometimes technical issues (or even someone else mistyping an email address) can cause our system to send emails to the wrong person. That should never happen, and when it does, we want to fix it immediately.

Here’s how we can resolve this for you today:
Please share the email address receiving the unwanted emails – either here in a reply or privately via support@123greetings.com – and we will manually and permanently remove it from our entire database within a few hours. You will receive no further emails from us.

On unsubscribing:
In the past, some users did face difficulty with unsubscribe links. That is why we have recently launched brand new email templates that include:

A clear, one-click unsubscribe button that works instantly

Verified, safe links (no suspicious redirects)

A visible footer with our contact information

We have also strengthened our email authentication to prevent spammers from spoofing our name.
