Purchased a Note 10 Ultra 5G from wow camera, had a few worries initially however this arrived from start to finish within the same week via DHL.

No hassle at all, packaging really good, brand new sealed Samsung box to boot.

When I needed to contact wow camera, the customer care from Sally was second to none.

I've just bought a phone from WOWCamera, never used them before. Some of the reviews here were worrying me but I needn't have. They said it would ship in 7-10 days (I took the free postage option) and it did indeed ship in 7 days. Arrived safely with me 2 days later from Luxembourg. Sally was very helpful.

I am aware that it's a grey import (arrived with Italian instructions and default language), but for that cost saving I don't care.

I will explain how it works.

First of all, they based in Hong Kong, not in the UK. They send you faulty goods from grey market (it was the phone for me that costed over £650).
And then refuse to give money back advising to go and try to sell the phone myself (sorry, lol)

Then, when you send the phone back to China, they say that their factory assessment proved that the phone aren’t faulty. Do they even have a factory?

Buy cheap, buy twice. It’s been more than a month since the war started. I won’t let it go and will keep you updated on the progress.

DO NOT buy from this dodgy shop. I bought a camera lens which cost over £1000 from them, which arrived broken. Took 2 months to get my money back and had to escalate it to PayPal to be refunded.
They hide the fact they are based in Hong Kong, posing as if they have a fulfilment centre in Luxembourg.
Worst online buying experience ever. Total nightmare. AVOID.

Bought a Mi 10 5G from their website. Ordered it on a Sunday. The order was shipped on Monday and arrived the following day on Tuesday. Cannot fault that service. Extremely fast shipping and great tracking information provided.

I've purchased quite a lot of kit from WOWCamera over the years, and each and every time I've been delighted with the service that they provide, which is both friendly an professional.

Regarding the equipment itself - in all honesty, I've never experienced any problems whatsoever. On the contrary, it's always been exactly as described, come in it's original / sealed packaging and is absolutely no different from purchasing from a high street retailer. Actually, there is a huge difference, and that being the amount of hard earned money that you'll save.

I should also mention that the delivery times have been pretty damn quick too, even during these difficult times of Covid-19.
