We recently booked our cruise for May 2025 with Eddy. As we have yet to go on our holiday this review is about Eddy and how he was really patient with us and gave us the best deal that we could find. He really listened to us and there were no pressure to book. We found Eddy to be pleasant and very friendly.

I have booked through Eddie before and had a good experience on an Australian cruise with Princess- this time he got us a better price with NCL than direct with the Cruise Line. He did it all in 20 minutes and clarified everything and was very efficient. I will absolutely contact him again when I want to book another Cruise.

I am so impressed with Eddie and not for the first time - he literally sorted a cruise for us from Singapore to Sydney at a much better price than if I'd booked with the cruise line. What a lovely and efficient person to deal with - all sorted in 20 mins 😀- He helped me on my last Cruise and I will contact him again, when I am organising future trips. Thank you Eddie - 😊

I think this company is great, we mainly use Samuel he is so helpful and goes above and beyond to find the cruise and flights that we want. We have booked through Samuel for several years now and never been disappointed. Cruise kings is very competitive and always find the best deals.

I have been booking cruises through worldwide cruises for a few years and have never been disappointed. They always get me exactly what i want at a really good price. I can phone and speak to the person dealing with my cruise when ever i need to. Always first class service.

I have read some really good reviews of this company and responded to an email they sent me about within 3 hours of it being received concerning a cruise to Japan.
I asked for the holiday to be extended by a couple of days which was not an issue but when I got the quote the drinks and WiFi package were not included. Which they were in The advert.

I queried this under the trade description act and was informed that it was a limited offer and the small print means they can change the price whenever they choose.
So tough luck.
I told them I would highlight this practise as a marketing ploy as I had responded in such a short time it was highly unlikely a real offer really existed.
Needless to say they are now consigned to my spam folder.

Mo was very helpful, and knowledgeable, and made the booking process stress free.
