Popped up near the top on a goggle search... best prices, easy to navigate and find what I wanted... quick to post and quick to arrive. Quality kit pays for itself time and time again.

Good stuff. :-)

Easy to use website and finding the right spare was easy even for a technophobe like me.
Excellent speedy delivery. Just need the rain to stop to get back out in the garden

Only a small order, springs for Felco secateurs, but easily found on web site, order process quick and easy, updates on progress of order and expected delivery time. Order placed late Monday evening, goods arrived Wednesday morning, excellent service and information flow. Would not hesitate to use this company again.

Easy use of Internet site and wick delivery.
Brilliant

Ordered and delivered within 24 hours. Great product, great service and best price too.

Fast efficient service, would use this company again. More than happy with Model 6, and leather cone holster purchased.

Excellent company with clear easy to follow website. Very fast delivery and cheaper (half the price) than they cost on Ebay.

Ordered Felco No 2 cutters on Wednesday and they arrived on Friday by Royal Mail. Well wrapped. Excellent service

Good website which was easy to navigate and had good pictures of all their products...

My only comments would be that when clicking on most popular models (Felco Small Loppers model no.20) there was no description of the product other than the price and if you click on the link for Cutters, they are not even listed there????

I am very happy with the quality and functionality of the secateurs purchased, top notch!!! By far the best around (in my opinion). Wanting to take the best possible care of these i also ordered a adjustment key for when i need to take them apart for cleaning / adjustment, however on receiving the secateurs they already had an adjustment key in the packaging... rather frustrating as there was no mention of this anywhere on the product details - so wasted £5 for nothing!!

Overall a good experience, great product but lacking detailed information on the website.

A simple email informing me that the secateurs came with an adjustment key would have made this a 5 star review!!!

Excellent service. Very easy to order and goods arrived, well packaged, within a few days.
Provision made for instructions of where to leave goods in the event that I was not in at the time of delivery..

Excellent and reliable service. Expertly parcelled.

This was a present for someone who is highly delighted with them. 5 star service, prompt delivery within 48 hours. Have used Felco products for over 20 years.

Came home to find parcel propped up against front door. Could easily have been stolen.

Excellent service ordered one day arrived the next + excellent prices A+++

Good service, prompt and efficient despatch and delivery.

Ordered Felco 2 secateurs on Sunday and they arrived on Tuesday. The price was very competitive too.

Website is easy to navigate and the helpful descriptions for each item makes choosing the right product for the task and user easy. These high quality items are very well priced with good discounts applied to the RRP.
The courier delivered he items very quickly, within just 2 days of purchase and left them as per the instructions I was able to give online.
All in all I'm extremely happy with this transaction and would definitely purchase again.

First time used and can highly recommend. Very easy transaction, good communications and goods dispatched immediately.

My first experience of ordering from Worldoffelco was excellent. I ordered a replacement spring for my secateurs on the Friday morning, within an hour I had received an email saying they had been sent and on Saturday morning they arrived with the post! It is rare to receive such service with free postage as well.

Buy with confidence. I placed my order early afternoon on Thursday and received it with the 9.00 o'clock post Friday. Excellent.
