No, news on what is happening with my order and its been a week already. Cannot even log in to see the progress.

Disgusting service.

Hoodie ordered on the 10th of December, notified the same day that the colourway was out of stock so I agreed to a different colour. I emailed a week later to enquire as to its status and received the following response on 17 Dec.

“ Hi Mike, this has been sent from Carhartt Amsterdam on 5-8 working days delivery and is currently processing customs, should be with you before the end of this week.
Regards
Liam”

As the Hoodie was a Christmas gift to my partner I was now satisfied it would arrive in time. Today, December 20 I received this email.

“ Hi Mike, sorry we have another issue with your order as the alternative colour has now gone on back order and Carhartt only just made us aware, would either navy, apple butter heather, fog blue or marmalade heather be suitable to dispatch, we have these colours in our warehouse so can be dispatched straight away.
Regards
Liam”

This means that I was lied to about the item being already being processed by customs and having been dispatched and has now left me with no time to buy my partner a gift that will arrive in time. I’m so angry that I would be lied to in this way with the email on the 17th clearly stating that the item had been sent. I even enquired to make sure that this would not happen. Awful, awful service. I’m sure worknation will state that the items are shipped by Carhartt and this is out of thier control etc but the fact remains that the email told me the item had been shipped and it hadn’t, some transparency would be been appreciated from the start so that I could have made an informed decision and made another purchase when I it was obvious the item was delayed. I called WN today and did receive an instant refund so I will acknowledge this , however the fact remains they lied to a customer no matter how they want to word it.

Cannot fault the company. Jacket came exactly as described and in good time. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Had an issue but responded very quickly to explain it’s an Amazon mistake on delivery times.

My boots have not been delivered yet nearly 2 weeks since purchase

Lazy company with no stock but they make out Asif they have stock but really they have to order from other company’s so you wait weeks for the item to actually be dispatched. This company is a drop ship style company. When ordering you get an automated dispatch email saying they’re getting it ready but the reality is they don’t actually have it on stock. They’re sourcing it from other company’s. It’s lame. Avoid.

We have just picked up our high-viz jackets from Workwear Nation and they are brilliant, just as the last batch we ordered!
Our High-viz jackets get washed regularly as they are used with volunteers and keep their quality.

Paid £217 for a pair of work boots 6 days ago, turns out they do not hold stock and being shipped from Poland. Told them to cancel the order to be told it says click delivery tab to see anticipated days from order to receipt and will be charged restocking fee. Do not spend big money for very poor customer service, because that is what you receive from Workwear Nation

I still haven’t had my order. It’s taking way too long

Your service was excellent despatched within a day but unfortunately you used EVRI to deliver which took 9 days after 3 failed deliveries as they were trying to deliver out of hours when the office was shut

Ordered a Carhartt tool belt from Workwear Nation. Arrived after a while and is not the same product as advertised. Much poorer quality, less pockets and no hammer hook like shown in the photo. Customer Service arguing about the product as if I don’t have the wrong product in my hand. Do not recommend.

I ordered a pair of boots on a Thursday and by the following Tuesday there was still no update on the tracking. I contacted workwear nation through email and they said the boots were still in picking so realistically I won’t have them till the end of the week. It doesn’t take a week to send some boots within the uk and it certainly doesn’t take over 3 days to pick them off a shelf. I asked to cancel the whole order as I’ll go elsewhere and they said they can’t cancel it. First and last time I’ll use this website for anything .

Excellent service and quality clothing. Don’t go anywhere else

I ordered a Snickers jumper with an order value of £100 (including postage). The item was dispatched and out for delivery the next day (very fast customer service in this respect). Sadly, the company use Evri who fraudulently signed for my parcel when I wasn’t even in. They even stupidly took a photo leaving it at the closed side door.

In response to this issue, I contacted Evri who admitted liability and stated that they had asked the seller for a refund.

Despite this Liam basically called me a liar when I said the item was potentially left at my side door in full view of the public. Liam claimed google maps (12 years out of date) shows that my property doesn’t have a side door. There wasn’t even any need to question this given that Evri admitted liability.

It’s a shame because if this company didn’t use Evri (previously Hermes), this would probably have been a 5 star review.
