Thank you for dedicating time to leave us a review. We sincerely take each review into consideration and reflect on it. WVE is a distributor for the products advertised and sold. Our reviews help generate a loyal customer base and help new or potential customers understand other customer's personal experiences, our resolve to any issues, and how our customer service team operates. Therefore, reviews in general are meant to rate our customer service team or the way in which your order may have been handled. Depending on the customer, a review may be left referencing product/s purchased, customer service interaction, or may even have a complaint within.
