Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, as stated in our Terms and Conditions there is a restocking fee and customers are responsible for any shipping fees in the event of a return. All reviews are helpful and allow us the opportunity to grow. We'll take the challenge to do so. Our hope is to always provide the best customer service. We hope you will give us the opportunity again in the future.

We are saddened to hear that you were unhappy with your purchase. We have reviewed all forms of communication between you and our staff. There wasn't any mention of 24" wide shelving; we do not carry such shelving. Lastly we noticed you sent us a specific list of items you wanted quoted. That list, verbatim is what was what was quoted and purchased and approved at your time of payment. We very much apologize you feel that way but we will do our best to check, double check and quadruple check all of our orders with our customers to ensure this does not happen again.

Quality, cost, timeliness - fantastic!
First time purchasing from this company and am 100% satisfied with all aspects; customer service was exceptional, price was great, and top quality product. On top of that, free shipping based on the dollar amount I purchased, and had my delivery in less than two weeks from ordering!
This was my first upfit of a coming fleet of 30-40 vans in the next few years — This will be my exclusive vendor!

I appreciate the quick delivery & prepaid freight. I've ordered from here at least ten times with the same great service. The items are packaged well. Most items I've purchased are for pickup trucks. We have a fleet of twenty trucks. Very easy to place orders from website. This is my eighth year using Work Van Equipment.

I called Ms
I called Ms. Ivana Castellanos who took my order for my double side drop ladder rack for my Ford Transit t250. I am extremely satisfied with her knowledge and my purchase. I had purchased one in 2018 and was very satisfied with the purchase I did. I recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a ladder rack or accessories for there vans.
