I contacted customer service regarding a minor flaw in a product I had received and had the pleasure to work with Angela. She was so helpful and kind, making the process quick and easy. I was very pleased with her excellent customer service.

I ordered a bunch of t shirts and I have to say that Wordans has a massive selection of not only styles but colours as well. The entire process was smooth and the shipping was next level fast.
I received my order as ordered and just had one tiny issue which needed some assistance for CS. A quick email and then all taken care from Angela.
When it comes to customer care,Angela is top notch.
So if you’re debating on Wordans,stop!

Ordered white and got black shirts sent to us. Called them and got it escalated. It's been over 3 weeks and no resolution. Worse customer service experience ever. Would not recommend to anyone.

Ordering was easy.
Shipping is reasonable.
I was not happy with the colour sent.

I ordered charcoal and what was sent looks very much like the colour sport grey which is no where near charcoal.
They offered to send out another sweatshirt to correct what I am sure is a misrepresentation of their charcoal colour and they sent the same darn colour. So now not only do I have one sweatshirt no one wants to wear I have two. Makes me not want to order from them again. Wordan's you better review your colour charts and make a correction to the charcoal colour choice because it is WAY OFF! I just gave up trying to get the proper colour.

I accidentally put the wrong postal code and Angela called and emailed to let me know. She was amazing and easy to communicate with. The issue was fixed immediately and the package sent ASAP.
I was so glad to see great customer service still exists. I will definitely keep doing my business with this company!

Placed an order with Wordans and waited for arrival. Delivery got messed up and very complicated. Fortunately I was assisted by CS Agent Angela. I love Wordans, and have ordered from them many times. Recently I made an order for customized sweatshirts for my sewing group - BTW if you're looking for customized apparel, Wordans has great prices and the quality is excellent. When I received my order, there was a printing error on one of the sweatshirts. I contacted Wordans and Angela responded from customer service.

Angela was amazing! She took care of everything and coordinated with the printer to replace the item. Angela was friendly, professional, and very efficient - the perfect CSR. Thank you so much Angela!

I ordered 3 sweatshirts from here and was happy to find a) excellent prices b) it arrived the next day! c) the colour was true to the picture d) the quality! It was a last minute order for a customer of mine and the first time I did any sort of clothing so I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Will definitely be using Wordans as my go to shop!
