Wordans Anmeldelser

Thank you Many for helping me with my order to process it quick. I highly recommended this shop for blanks clothing.

I dealt with a service agent named Ross who was beyond excellent in answering my questions promptly and giving me a resolution without any push back. His customer service is impeccable and although we only dealt with each other via email, I could read the tone of politeness and eagerness to help. Thank You Wordan and Thank You Ross

Ross solved my issue quickly and without question.

I had a bad experience with another tshirt company and I had questions I needed answers before deciding on a new supplier for our small family business. Ross reassured us by answering my questions truthfully and honestly. I was treated as important as a bigger customer.
Because of him we will be ordering from Wordans from now on.
Thank you Ross

We had an issue with two shirts and Ross jumped in to help us out. Problems happen - it’s about how they’re handled. Ross did an awesome job and we will of course be coming back! Thank you!!

The customer support reps are always very friendly and helpful from this company. Ross assisted me in resolving my issue very quickly and effectively. When I was a while awaiting shipping details, he checked back in because he had not heard from me in some time. He then promptly sent me the necessary shipping information directly, so that I could carry on with my shipment and resolve the issue. Thanks again, Ross!

I appreciate so much the promo/discount code that was given to me most particularly to ROSS. Thanks so much ROSS for your generosity and kindness. May God bless you always.

Thank you Ross for dealing with my issue promptly. Great customer service reps makes purchasing worry free.

This was my first order placed with Wordans and I received the wrong items in my order, but Ross from customer service was very helpful and quick to provide a resolution and are sending me the proper items free of charge. Shipping of the items was very quick as well.

Great customer service is what keeps customers coming back and I will definitely continue being of a customer of Wordans.

Our fitness studio wanted to purchase the best possibly T’s for our summer wrap up giveaway. Ross was EXTREMELY helpful and went above & beyond to suggest options. He also made sure that ordering samples was quick & easy. The best CX experience to date :)

Je suis content pour le service client. Très satisfait je dirais

To be honest wordan is good place for blanks shirt the problem is they are not following my shipping choice instead ship my order into worst shipping company which is purolator upon check out i choice UPS for my delivery courier and they not followed.

Fast shipping, great prices and selection.

Prime example of why you don't support faceless business. These d*ickheads, went from charging $1.40 for a cotton tote bag to $4.84 in about in about 4 months.

Not too mention, the lies as well, they promote their higher quantity pricing to bait you into the site just to realize a small business will be paying probably 20% more per unit for their quantities.

Just all around crap business practices and I think companies like this need to go the way of the dodo.

Horrible customer service! I placed a custom order for pink printed shirts but got white instead. When I contacted them to say it was wrong they took no accountability and said they did nothing wrong.

I placed an order yesterday. Everything arrived today. The service was so fast and the products look good. So happy with Wordans and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Angela is amazing! Does everything she can to ensure satisfaction! 10/10 would recommend!

The order was prompt, but was missing two pieces. It was handled right away by angelan3 , and the pieces were sent and recieved in a timely fashion. They then checked to make sure everything was fine.

Angela made my experience seamless. She was quick to respond, extremely considerate and knowledgeable. I don't enjoy returning anything, to any company, but she made me rethink how uncomfortable I usually am as she made it simple and was very professional in all our communication.
Prompt responses, well written, professional and courteous, I would hire her to work in a business I own. You have a stellar employee in Angela. All the best, Joanne Stinson
