Wooter Apparel Anmeldelser

Jordan from Wooter made the experience fantastic. Really appreciated the attention and care I received on my order.

Great communication listens to what I want put together a epic jersey for my dream team. I cannot wait to give these out for Christmas or New Year’s. Whatever I gotta do. Thank you so much for helping me out. I love you guys so much.

Working with our rep Jordan was great! We got a fantastic product and we were able to get any questions we had answered quickly.

Ordered on september 8 just 1 fitted hat for my son. Almost 3 months and nothing yet. Just 1 item and they cant fulful that. Messaged them twice through their customer service email, once on their website and once on their facebook. Have reciepts to prove it!! zero customer service response, zero answers, zero refund. Do not do business with these people.

Hi
This company is a scam. The people who give positive responses on here must be working for the company. I ordered two football tops in October they kept saying they had a problem with there ordering system, so I asked for my money back. They never gave me my money back in fact they tried to get money money from my PayPal account. Anyway I got my money back via PayPal.
Beware of this scam company
If I could give them no stars I would

I have been having ongoing problems with an order from rpea that I placed on 30 August.
I told them right from the beginning that I was leaving Australia on 10/09/25. Not only did I have to organise shipment to me in nz because they were late with the order, but I had asked for our grandsons favourite players name (McKenzie), printed on the back. The shirts I got had McKenzike printed. Their community has been terrible. They want me to buy another 2 shirts and they’ll give us the other two for free! I am out for $165.78 now and they won’t accept any responsibility.
Please? Can you help?

Jordan made everything so easy I got my jersey on time and the design looked great!

Amazing staff and exemplary product. Durable and definitely the sharpest dressed on the ice.

Great work, 10/10

I requested quotes from Wooter and another company. Wooter immediately reached out for clarification and information. Jordan explained the process and kept me posted on the status at every step. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was able to get customized and personalized jerseys. The Jerseys get complimented every time we wear them.

They did such a great job designing our girls soccer warmups! We love them and they were so fast thank you! Can’t wait to send a team pic.

I love this company so much they have made my cheer team dreams come alive and I would've never been able to make a cheer team if it wasn't for them. They make AMAZING designs.🩷

This has been an easy time working with the designers.

They were great and quick

They take your needs very seriously and respond back perfectly and work hard for you

This is my 3 year working with Olga and it’s always a good time, she always responds fast and helps me set up my teams uniform, I love it and will keep coming back.

My sales rep, Olya, is the best to work with! She has helped me multiple seasons to order team jerseys for my children’s sports teams.

Olya was so great to work with! My team and I had a very tight deadline to meet and had never had to get tracksuits made before. Olya took her time with us and explained the whole process so clearly, it honestly was a great experience! My tracksuits even got here earlier than expected and they looked exactly like how we had planned. Huge thank you to the Wooter team and Olya, seriously they were great, i highly recommend them!

Olya has been extremely helpful, quick and efficient in helping our organization setup uniforms.
