Placed an order over a month ago, received a portion of it and still waiting for the rest and it's been 6 weeks and zero commutation and they blame a sales rep change but have heard zero from them as well. I have called, emailed and texted for the last 2 weeks and they have not said a single word to me. No way to tell where my order is and they have provided zero help. Yassin helped me place my order and was very helpful and got me taken care of until I paid and it has been crickets ever since. Pulling teeth to get an answer over simple things. Horrible customer service and will be going somewhere else with my business. Hate being lied too and treated like a ghost.

I had a very disappointing experience with Wooter Apparel and would strongly caution others before choosing to work with them.

Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor. It often felt like no one was actually listening to what we were asking for. We clearly communicated specific requests multiple times, yet the final product still did not reflect what we asked for.

One of the biggest issues was being promised that the Wooter logo would be removed from our design, which was very important to us. We were assured this would happen, but in the end that promise was not honored. There were also several other things we were told would be taken care of that simply never happened.

For the price we paid, the service and experience were incredibly frustrating. The turnaround time was also much slower than what was communicated, which caused unnecessary delays and added stress to the process.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized, misleading, and far from professional. When you are paying a premium price, you expect clear communication, honesty, and follow-through on what was promised. Unfortunately, that was not our experience at all.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering Wooter Apparel look elsewhere. There are many companies that value their customers, communicate clearly, and actually deliver what they promise.

Their Design Team is TOP NOTCH. Very Happy with everything that has been designed and can't wait to see the finished product.

DONT DO IT!!! Easily one of the worst decisions I have ever made as an Athletic Director. We are 2 weeks into the season still without uniforms on an order placed months ahead of time. They also offer the option to Setup a "Team Store" which would be great if they actually uploaded the mocks you submit to the designers. We have had a shell of a store with no items to purchase for months going into March, school ends in May. Emailed the the support staff and designers and have received zero response. We already had our mocks before we came to the company they literally just had to upload the designs. The one order we did receive was wrong. I have never seen an adult small shirt with youth medium sleeves. Where do you even find a shirt this irregular in size and measurements. We have been emailing with production and we get a different person every time who clearly sends a automatic response stating they are looking into it. It's so bad our account manager could not track anyone down to get an answer. You would think someone would at least offer to credit the account or a refund knowing they have dropped the ball and have failed tremendously. This is a warning, do not trust this company.

Well I received an email notifying me that I have a credit that was unused. I then logged into my account. After a couple of minutes I started the process of looking into uniforms for my club team. After starting the process, I was in contact with Mark. Mark, stayed in frequent contact with me throughout the process of him designing uniforms. Mark gave me about 18 different option. Mark even talked about the budget, even mentioned ways to probably help keep the cost down as that is one of my biggest concern.

It was a simple process and changing my color choices was easy and made the design look even better.

Dealt with Jordan, ordered jerseys for my hockey team. Jordan was very open and helpful through the whole process, helped with last minute name changes, sizing of jerseys and everything involved. Would highly recommend
