Wood Panel Co Anmeldelser

High quality, fast delivery, easy to use website. Love the option for oil vs. natural too.

I recently purchased two Smoked Oak Acoustic Wood Panels from woodpanelco.co.uk, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The quality is outstanding, and they add a sophisticated touch to my bedroom. Installation was straightforward, and the panels effectively enhance the room's acoustics. The smoked oak finish gives a rich, elegant look that's truly eye-catching. I highly recommend these panels for anyone looking to combine style and functionality in their home.

Excellent customer service and the panels are fantastic quality, they look amazing! I would highly recommend company and product.

Bought a panel from this company which arrived damaged. I called and was asked to email in, I did and never got a response. I emailed again chasing and was completely blanked now I am left with a panel worth over a hundred pounds that is damage.

Unfortunately 1 panel arrived faulty/ damaged .

We purchased 3 smoked oak panels to create a feature in our living room. Panels were quickly delivered, excellent quality and super easy to install. Super happy!

Beautiful product. Really good quality

Ordering process very simple, delivery on time as planned. Very helpful colleagues when phoning with questions or advice . A couple of slats were cracked in transit and when reported I was given several different options in resolving the issue to my satisfaction without any quibble, well done and thank you .

Great product and even better service.

Purchased a few times from these guys, the acoustic panels are fantastic quality, they make great insulators for both sound and heat!

Everything comes well packaged and the company are prepared to go out of their way to help you.

Fabulous quality, the samples were great also. The company answered my query on installation straight away. Would recommend.

Damaged and no options to choose different sizes, fairly annoying.

Ordered and delivered swiftly. Product superb. Thanks

Good quality wood panelling and fast delivery for a competitive price. I bought samples from other stores and this company had the best quality

Panels are top quality thanks

So easy to put on the wall, they are quite heavy. Arrived within 2 days professionally wrapped. This is my second purchase. Absolutely brilliant thank you.

I ordered 3 panels and one arrived damaged. The slat was completely split and was very noticeable so must have been known when they packed them. I emailed them telling one was damaged and heard nothing back. I then messaged on Instagram and someone said they’d look into it right away. They never did. I eventually received an email saying they’d ring me first thing the next morning. They rang me around 4pm and I missed it due to a work meeting. They left no voicemail and didn’t email me back. I emailed again asking for a partial refund due to the damage. I have heard nothing back at all. Due to the time they take to respond I put the panel on the wall and hid the damaged bit behind furniture. Terrible customer service at £100 a panel. If you get lucky and get all undamaged ones you’re fine, but as soon as there’s a problem they couldn’t care less. I’ve ordered from a different panel company 3 times in the past and never had any issues. They charge £150 per panel but considering the damage and lack of customer service my advice would be to go with a more expensive option and get better quality.

I own a company called Print Xpress, we are a Shopfitting company, we have used Wood Panel Co for many jobs now.
The Quality of their product is one of the best on the Market and they are also the most economical supplier.
The Service and delivery levels are 5*
