We have a century old building with 8 flats so a small building. The service we receive is very good and Laura responsive to our needs. We successfully completed major roof works last year which required a significant amount of owner communication and contractor coordination.

As an apartment owner in Bournemouth, I have had the pleasure of working closely with Woodley & Associates and can say without hesitation that they have been an exceptional and highly valued support to our board. From the outset their depth of knowledge and practical understanding of block management has given us confidence that our development is being managed properly transparently and with residents’ best interests firmly in mind.

Woodley & Associates have been particularly effective in helping us navigate the often complex challenges that come with managing a residential building. A good example of this was a leak originating from the roof that affected the common areas. The issue was identified promptly appropriate contractors were instructed without delay and the matter was resolved quickly and efficiently minimising disruption and preventing further damage. Their clear communication throughout gave reassurance to both the board and residents.

One of their most notable achievements has been the successful reduction of our overall annual service charge budget. This was achieved through careful review and renegotiation of contracts ensuring genuine value for money while maintaining a high standard of service. Balancing cost savings with quality delivery is not easy and this reflects their professionalism and attention to detail.

Overall Woodley & Associates have made a clear and positive impact on our community. Their proactive approach strong problem-solving skills and commitment to high standards have improved both the financial position of the building and the day to day living experience for residents. A big thank you to the whole team!

Woodley & Associates have taken a great deal of care and time in reviewing our block of flats, identifying potential issues and explaining them clearly and thoughtfully. Nothing has felt rushed and they have been thorough in looking at both current matters and possible future considerations/whilst working with the board.

Their attention to detail has been reassuring, from highlighting areas of risk to offering practical advice on how best to deal with them. It’s clear that they genuinely take responsibility for understanding the specifics of the block.

Since our new property manager, Tony Hodge, has been in place, he has been extremely proactive and responsive. Tony and the Woodley team have taken on a significant undertaking following years of neglect across the block in which my property sits. Communication, response times, and professionalism have all been excellent.

Absolutely Terrible - 1 star as 0 is not an option!! I would urge any business or individual to stay well clear of this appalling company.

This company has taken down negative reviews I have placed on Google Reviews. A negative review I left previously has disappeared with no explanation. Another negative review from Russell’s Hall residents has disappeared too. I have reported to the Property Ombudsman and will be monitoring whether this review is taken down as part of investigation into fraudulent practice and transparent trading. My complaint is outlined below:

They are incompetent and utterly useless from the top down. The manager for our block in Colborne Place, Woking is Julius Tuersley. He is inept and useless. At times I questioned whether he is in fact an employee at Woodley.

Despite repeated emails and phone calls to Julius about damage Woodley created to my bathroom wall, he did not act on the issue for months.

A further issue with a faulty sewage pipe was left unsolved until Woking Council forced Woodley to act due to environmental standards being breached.

Hours of my time have been wasted getting them to do the job we pay them for!

This utter disregard for their clients is further exhibited by their Director, Tom Woodley. When a compaint was raised with him he refused to take any responsibility. Despite ongoing problems he refused to take any direct action to resolve the issue.

They have been found guilty for their lack of action with my issues by the Property Ombudsman and they have been referred to Trading Standards. I’m very happy to share the details with anyone interested

** Addendum - Woodley's response below is further evidence of their ineptitude, arrogance and cover up tactics. The investigation from the Property Ombudsman was for a greater than 3 month delay after reporting the issue when there was no response from Woodley. This is not a "slightly longer delay".

Their stance that their delay was due to the "complexity of the plumbing issues" is a total LIE as they had not even acknowledged there was an issue during this period.

Once again, this response is evidence of their fraudulent practice.

As of the date of their reply to my post, there is still an active investigation being run by Woking Council and other parties. They will soon have to answer for their conduct.

Woodley and Associates are a local company who have just taken over the property management responsibilities for the flats where I live and I can't believe the difference compared to the previous company. Not having lived in a flat before, I thought the service that we previously received was par for the course. How wrong I was! I now experience a company remedying the issues left by the previous company while proactively addressing any items that appear with prompt, reactive communication to keep all owners informed of progress. Tony is our manager and is approachable, responsible and communicative, targeting the points raised by residents in priority order. In short, I couldn't be happier with the company and Tony being our property managers.

Since taking over as our managing agent, Laura has steadily and effectively untangled several long-standing issues within our block. Her clear communication, responsiveness, and consistent reliability have brought much-needed clarity and direction to the way our building is managed. We now feel confident moving forward, knowing that the day-to-day and longer-term concerns are in capable hands.

I would like to thank Woodley and associates team especially Laura who has worked hard to get to the bottom of long standing issues at our block in boscombe. I am a renter and have an ongoing issue with damp in the property. Laura has provided great communication between the owners, myself and contractors to get this resolved for Christmas.
I know I can rely on Laura and the team to get things done!

I would like to express my gratitude for the service received from the Woodley and Associates team, always on hand to assist at our block throughout the last 2 years. Having had a bad experience with the developer who built the site, we moved management companies. In particular, we appreciate the easy access to the property management team and have had cause to use the emergency out of hours team on two occasions, which was reassuring. Thank you

I’ve had quite a bit of correspondence with the accounts team at Woodley & Associates over the past few weeks and have been really impressed. They run a very professional service, having four dedicated service charge accountants in house is quite something these days and gives real peace of mind that everything is handled properly. A great team to deal with and I want to give them 5 stars!

The team at Woodley & Associates have been brilliant in helping our block stay on top of maintenance and budgets. They recently reviewed our service charges and managed to save the residents money by renegotiating a couple of supplier contracts.
