I bought a vented system, and it does not heat the room very well. After 1 month, I am getting rid of system and buying a ventless one. Woodland wouldn't even give me a discount!

My old cover for my wood rack needed replacement. I called Woodland Direct, had no idea if that was where I got my original cover. They found my old order from 2012, 13 years ago and placed a new order!

Terrible customer service!

We love the fireplace screen. In fact, we ordered a 2nd one!

My fireplace has not been installed yet so I really couldn't tell you if I am happy with it. I responded to your email to say that yes I received my order and it took me to the survey.

Easy to order, ordered the wrong door. Customer support reached out the following day and got it all resolved. Got everything resolved quickly and the lead time was faster then expected!

It was a little difficult to place the order. However, the item I ordered was high quality and exactly what I needed.

Experience was not great. My order (parcel containing burner/remote system was damaged in shipping. I filed a complaint/claim (actually just sent email with pictures as directed over the phone). I rec'd an email reply saying someone would get back to me. No one did. I called back after 3 days, and they said someone would contact me. They never did.. I pieced the damaged parts back together including the servo motor for the remote system. Got it working. Still no one called.. Got my first email 8 days later asking further questions. Still no call.. No call back to this day.

It took way too long for my order to process, 2 weeks. Actual shipping was pretty good timing but processing it to be shipped was terrible.

I called a few times for some help with log placements and the first guy said he would send it on email, never did. Called back and got a girl and they had problems finding instructions too. Finally called again and 2nd girl emailed it right over. I called back a 4th time to see if there was video to show log placement since none of them were numbered to follow the instructions, got the first guy and he knew my name and that I had called a few times (caller id, I guess). He was short, aggravated I had called a few times and trying to get off the phone in a hurry.
Fireplace is pretty nice, but rest of process would make try to use another company next time.

extreme wait time in excess of 3 months

I recently purchased a gas log set for my fireplace and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The product is exactly what I wanted—high quality and a perfect fit for our home. My salesperson was fantastic to work with: very helpful, responsive, and guided me through the process with ease. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to upgrade their fireplace!
