I did give a lower score for non delivery of samples, only to find it was the fault with the delivering company. therefore I have revised my score to 5 star. they are a company that will go that extra mile to please their clients, some thing the big firms should consider.
After receiving the samples the company contacted me for a follow up. I am now measuring my house ready to place an order.

Smashing! I've been on the trade for 30 years, these guys are on another level. Amazing quality, variety and very helpful. These are the type we need.

The whole team at Woodfloors4u have provided an amazing service from start to finish. We were well looked after throughout the process, from selecting the product, all the way through to installation. The new floors look amazing and we are very pleased with the outcome.

We have been using Woodfloors4U for over 5 years. From day one nothing has changed … the same great 5 star - plus customer service, who are always willing to help you with any questions, ideas or advice. As for quality of products there is nothing to say other than outstanding. Could not recommend them more.

Thank you Jay, Leon and Dave and to the rest of the team !

I ordered Versailles flooring for my hallway. Apart from the great prices, the service, assistance and information given by this company has been wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and my delivery arrived when stated and in good order. I would not hesitate to recommend them. My floor, which is almost complete, looks absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

After doing rounds of a few wood flooring companies, we finally settled on Woodfloors4you near Fairlop Waters, Ilford, owing to the lovely range of flooring we could choose from at their spacious warehouse. The service and deal we got from Mr. Loren and Mr. Harun were the clincher.

I must say the flooring looks fantastic and the advice from the team at Woodfloors to finish off the floor with the hard wax oil added a great touch. We hope to enjoy the flooring for a long time. We are recommending you guys to all our friends. Cheers guys!

Amazing quality flooring. Simon was particularly helpful in the whole ordering process from start to finish. I’ll be ordering again. Thank you 😊

My name is Sadia I bought my floor for my small entrance area from them yesterday I was blown away with the customer services I received, I was hesitant at frst to ask literally for floor to cover small area but Paul made me feel very special customer he tried his hard to match my needs and his colleague was equally involved until I found my perfect oak colour to go for..they both were so efficient i must say. Highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We have recently bought our flooring from Woodfloors4u. Absolutely fabulous customer service experience from Jay who really knows his stuff. Made us feel reassured and relaxed. Our entire house has been completed by these guys who are the best in the business with high quality wood flooring and above all a transparent and trustworthy service.

Ordered 3 door oak thresholds and needed them quickly - the customer service team did all they could to get them to me on time. Thanks.

They were amazing. I ordered online some wood flooring 12m2 and I received confirmation straight away. The next day I had a call and email apologising and saying the flooring was out of stock this made me concerned but they said they would refund me the amount. Whilst disappointed at least they were decent. The next day the flooring arrived, they called requesting payment. I had not received the refund yet so naturally concerned we agreed i would pay when credit had come through. It did did and i then paid. they advised on how to lay flooring and things to consider. They were amazing, its fantastic to find a reputable company you can trust. You don't need to look elsewhere they are very well priced, excellent wood floor that you don't wait forever for and honest.

Excellent customer service, purchased flooring and accessories for several rooms. Very happy with the products!

We have just undergone a significant renovation of our victorian cottage and wanted something special for the floors. After hours of trawling the web (and local dealers) we hit upon the Versailles panels from Woodfloors4u. We could not be more delighted with our experience buying from these guys - the quality of the product was matched only by that of the service. I really mean it: the floor was a significant part of our budget and our investement needs to last a lifetime, and if we had our time over again I would go back to woodfloors4u without hesitation. We were impressed enough with them, and their products, that we went back and purchased the floor for upstairs too: chocolate-oak engineered floorbards. It too looks fantastic.

If you're looking for a quality floor, give these folks a try. I really got the impression they care about customer satisfactoin and believe in the quality of their products.

Amazing flooring. Top quality expensive look and easy enough to lay. Love it. Service was great and friendly during order/delivery process. Delighted with final outcome.

i have used the services of Woodflooring4u for a number of years now.
from the organizing and design stage to supply and deliver the services of the team have been second to none in my opinion, i have never been disappointed.

i would highly recommend Woodflooring4u!!

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Nick and the team and Wood Floor 4U.
Thanks for taking the time to answer all our questions, explain the difference between the different types of flooring and how they wear and how you have to maintain them.
It just ensured that we made the right choice for us, our lifestyle and what we wanted to achieve - a timeless look that will last.
I've added photos to my Google Review because the result speaks for itself. The most beautiful parquet flooring ever.
Can't recommend these guys enough.

As a huge floor person, I searched high and low for a lovely wooden floor at an affordable price. Nothing I ordered online or from other London stores compared to the quality for the price that wood floors4 you offers. We are really delighted with our vintage bourbon oak flooring which we recently ordered for our upstairs as well. The only downside is that the floor needs to have a hard wax applied straight away otherwise it scratches. Nonetheless we are incredibly happy and always get compliments on our hardwood flooring.

My order was carried out over the phone without even seeing the product I was buying! I was led by Jay’s expertise in the large selection of flooring they have on offer and I was thrilled with the quality products I received.
Jay’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to ensure I received my delivery the very next day. His advice throughout the initial purchase and subsequent after care was both helpful and knowledgable.
The unfinished parquet wood floor itself is of a very high quality and we managed to lay it ourselves with ease. We are thrilled with the results.
Thank you for your personable customer service, it was very much appreciated.
