I knew the exact flooring I wanted (XL width, long planks and 15/4 depth), but had very little success in locating a stockist/supplier. Woodfloors4U had the exact flooring so I started an online chat with Harry and he confirmed he had quantity 100m2 in stock and ready to deliver and the price was the best I’d seen. I went along to the showroom to pick up samples from their warehouse and it’s huge and I was able to see they had the quantity right there so there’s no empty promises. The process from enquiry to delivery was seamless and I feel confident enough to highly recommend them based on my observations. The delivery driver was also a credit to them.

An incident occurred with one of your employees on route to your premises off Forest Road. I was driving from Gants Hill Cranbrook Road heading towards Barkingside/Fairlop Waters. When I was cut off several times by a driver driving erratically "without due care and attention" towards other road users. He was speeding in/out of traffic nearly hitting my vehicle on several occasions. Unfortunately for him we were heading to the same destination (Woodfloors4u).

In the carpark I did approach the man to express my concerns, verbally. This is where I found out he worked on behalf of Wood Floors 4 u. He refused to give his name and/or position held. He did asked, "if I wanted to buy a product?" and in response "not now knowing he worked here!"

I managed to get home and contact via a phone conversation to Laron (Manager). I must say, the manager did speak very professionally showing general concern and sympathy to my situation. I've left the matter with the manager..

Even though this scenario has nothing to do directly with the product an employee's attitude and character in my opinion, is the forefront or reflection of their business.

[The manager gets a four star however the employee just gets a one star..]

Regards

I carried out extensive research before making my purchase from this company. My builder, recommended that I visit the showroom, and after discussing the options with my family, we decided to proceed with the purchase.
Unfortunately, my experience deteriorated significantly once the order was delivered.
Upon arrival, I politely asked the delivery driver whether the flooring could be taken to my back garden. He refused and left all of the timber on my front porch. After unloading the order, he informed me that he would also be leaving the large pallet behind, claiming that this was company policy. I objected, as I would have been left with the inconvenience and expense of arranging its disposal myself.
The driver's attitude was rude, confrontational, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. It was only after I took a photograph of his vehicle registration and informed him that I would report the matter to the council as potential fly-tipping that he changed his position and left with the pallet.
Concerned by the way I had been treated, I contacted woodfloors4u to raise a complaint. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was no better. The representative I spoke to refused to take any responsibility for the driver's behaviour and was equally dismissive, arrogant, and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, I later had two packs of flooring remaining. When I attempted to return one unopened pack, the company refused to accept it, claiming that it had been opened. This is simply untrue. The packaging was secured using cheap sellotape rather than a proper tamper-evident seal, making it impossible to determine whether the packaging had ever been opened. I believe the company used this as an excuse to reject the return.
Overall, my experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. From the delivery process to customer service and the handling of returns, I encountered poor service at every stage.
In fact, if it were possible to leave a review without giving a star rating, I would do so. The only reason this review has one star is because the system does not allow me to leave zero.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I can't speak highly enough of these guys. Obviously choosing and installing flooring is an expensive job, and one you want to get right. This company was recommended to us by a neighbour who'd also used them. They were incredibly attentive when we visited their showroom, helped us understand the various options and even how it would look with the rest of the kitchen and colour choices. After it was installed we were absolutely delighted with the results. And the aftercare has been fantastic. They even sent us a bottle of the correct treatment after a careless delivery driver scratched up the entrance hall. Thank you!

Great service from the team. Definitely would recommend. My flooring looks amazing!

Great service and always happy to help! Highly recommend

Wonderful company!

Great customer service from start to finish, whilst also providing very knowledgable advice. They held stock for us whilst the house 'completed', then delivered 75 sq m of engineered wood flooring on the day specified.

A special shout out for Harry who, against all odds, managed to achieve the impossible when a delivery mix up happened (outside their control), and it looked like our shipment was going to be delayed by at least one day. Harry still managed to get the timber flooring to us, on the day promised, going 'above and beyond' to achieve the delivery.

Great products, great service, and exceptional people.

Harry and the team have been absolutely brilliant. Friendly, supportive, incredibly responsive and they pulled an absolute rabbit out of a hat by fulfilling our order on the same day after the delivery company messed up and sent it to London instead of Gloucestershire. Within five hours, they had 27 packs of wood at my front door. Absolute heroes, and I can't recommend them enough.

Beautiful flooring, thank you Harry for all your help.

Excellent service.i highly recommend to buy your flooring from them.

I recently purchased flooring from Woodfloors4u and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and stress-free.
The team were incredibly helpful when choosing the right flooring, answering all my questions and offering honest advice without any pressure. The quality of the wood flooring is excellent — it looks fantastic and has completely transformed the room.
Delivery was quick and well-organised, and everything arrived exactly as described. It’s clear they really care about customer satisfaction and take pride in what they do.
If you're looking for high-quality wood flooring with great customer service, I would definitely recommend Woodfloors4u. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
Thanks again to the team!
