Wooden Windows Anmeldelser

I have been really impressed by this company, the staff and the service. The windows and doors were perfect and arrived as expected. They look great and were far better than anything else we saw at this price range. We ordered and installed the windows over 2 years ago and were delighted to be supplied with an additional set of hinges free of charge when we asked to purchase some replacements. (These were needed due to our carpenter, and me, messing up the allen-key heads when adjusting them at time of fitting - no fault of the company) Brilliant service and attention from Kirk, Leon and the team. Highly recommended!!

Ordered a new window for home & really pleased with quality. The quotes I received from other companies were ridiculous so I was really pleased to find Wooden Windows offering sensible prices. Having not seen the products, I was a little nervous but as it turns out there was no need. My builder/fitter was very happy with quality & it looks great now fitted.

Dean could not have been more helpful throughout ordering process. Ordering online was easy with great product flexibility & delivery was fast & within the 10 days quoted.

Just ordered another window & would highly recommend this company.

Great service and great product this is the one stop shop for quality, cheers guys

great service, great product, and the lead times arent bad at all.

dealt with Leon who was brilliant at sorting out my bespoke order

We recently had wooden windows installed and couldn't be happier with the results. The craftsmanship and quality of the materials exceeded our expectations — the windows have added both charm and energy efficiency to our property.

A special mention goes to Kurt, our sales representative, who delivered an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely took the time to understand our needs. His guidance helped us choose the perfect style and finish, and his communication throughout the process was clear and consistent.

Kurt made what could have been a complex process feel smooth and effortless. Thanks to his professionalism and expertise, we felt confident in our decision every step of the way. Highly recommend both the product and the service!

Having previously ordered we were happy to order again. The window has not been received despite calls and emails. Order No 445532

Thanks for the information

I chose to use wooden windows given their excellent customer service and competitive pricing. I needed help processing my order and was able to talk to Leon nuttall on the end of the phone who guided me through the process ,which took a whole load of pressure off me. He was more than helpfull and when my next job comes in I will definitely be contacting them again.

Excellent communication and beautifully made oak patio doors. Delivered on the arranged date by Rich who was friendly, helpful and good company over a coffee. Thoroughly recommended - thank you.

The guys at Wooden Windows are aways helpful and go out of their way to ensure customer satisfaction. Our company have used Wooden Windows for a number of years. Always quality product at a competitive price.

I have just taken delivery of 4 hardwood (sapele) windows from Wooden windows and I'm very happy with the quality and service. Being a builder for 34 years and frequently dealing with local joinery shops, I found the online window builder tool very helpful. What made it even easier was talking to them (in my case Dean P.) who responded either by phone or email very promptly so between us I was able to have the window design I wanted. In summary, the website is great, the communication is outstanding, lead times are almost unbelievable and the quality is very good indeed.

From first contact to delivery they were really easy to deal with, I was fortunate enough to make contact with Leon Nuttall originally and he was more than helpful, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, a massive asset to the company. I had to make a few amendments to the order which was no problem in the slightest, the windows arrived exactly in the timescale quoted and the quality couldn’t be faulted. Thank you so much.

Great Service from Leon Nutall and the team. Very quick turnaround even though I missed the Xmas cut off. Great service again. Thanks

Great service. Had numerous windows fitted already from Wooden Windows and wished to an opener into a fix pain. Leon Nuttall was the man and brought up the previous order and arranged the casements. Easy to fit and looks smart.

Leon was incredibly helpful, from the original planning stage and pointing out my errors through to the eventual order and sorting out some spare keys.
Very impressed with the quality of the product (sapele), lead time and the support from both Leon and the driver who delivered them.
You can certainly tell this is a product made by craftsmen.
No hesitation in recommending this company to anyone needing wooden windows - if you need support ask for Leon!

Super Efficient Quotation.
I have used Wooden Windows in the past & they do what it says on the sign!

Lovely windows, great value, great service.
Will be using this company in the future ✅

The agent was very patient with my dithering, and very accurate in responding to my requests. Thank you! I also found the website easy to navigate, and designing my own windows was very straightforward.
