Yes I invested in them, I paid the up front $3,000 which they ask. And would do it again in a heartbeat. Once you pay they introduce you to the Woobie team and they will assign someone that will be assisting you called a CS. You give them your file, things such as current rating and things you are looking to file for or increase. The team does go the extra mile and give you high end things to file as well, if you meet the criteria to file for such. The team/DOC give you a checklist of the things to complete like things you need to go see your PCP for to get a diagnosis and treatment plan. Afterwards they set you up with a meeting to see the DOC (you’ll love Matt btw) they have which he is awesome at what he does, he does DBQs and give you information on what should be in your claim when filing. Now you are basically doing the submitting paperwork part though but if you reach out to you CS provided they will assist you with such. The woobie team has it all I kid you not. Someone will literally hold your hand walk you through any process or step needing to do via the VA website. The process can be time consuming and the wait as well. But TRUST THE PROCESS. Go see your PCP and look thoroughly through your medical records and as clear as day you will find all records as needed. Stay active in wanting what you deserve and it will fall in place. I 100% recommend and have recommended to many veterans in my close circle and area via the VA clinic I see. I love every member in WOOBIE that has involved themselves in this company to be kind, actively responsive, knowledgeable and I mean from beginning to end. I’m writing this review not only as a winner from the WOOBIE team but also an advocate in helping guide other veterans in a direction towards people that are also vets, caring for vets.

The team at Woobie are phenominal!! They persevere even when you might be frustrated and confused about what's happening. You have to trust in the system, do the things they ask you to do, and follow the steps. My experience with Woobie has been excellent. Once I gathered and uploaded my medical records, the process moved quickly. Woobie promptly reviewed my information and coordinated appointments with Sorelle Medical Group without unnecessary delays. Their communication has been clear, and they've made the process feel organized and straightforward.

What I appreciate most is how they streamline what can otherwise be a complicated VA claims process. They make it easy to submit documentation, keep you informed about the next steps, and quickly connect you with medical professionals when additional evaluations are needed. Their responsiveness and efficiency have given me confidence that my claim is being handled professionally, allowing me to focus on my health rather than navigating the administrative process on my own.

The team is very supportive and responds quickly, considering the number of folks they are helping. Im still in process, but am hopeful for a favorable outcome. The community is great also, lots of great men and women vets.

As im still in the process I do feel like the responses or the time to respond can improve. I typically get a response outside of 48hrs. Woobie does a great job at getting hou what you need especially when it comes to appointments.

This company woobie is excellent! Such a great resource for the typical veteran. They have gotten me to 90% in just about three months. I didn't know anything about claims and now i have a decent understanding and they are always quick to respond and support your process. They are far from shady like other claim shark companies out there. Up front and they move with a sense of urgency for you. Love woobie and the team. Looking forward to continuing my journey with them!!
