Honestly, it was a super easy process. My wife was concerned paying up front but I went from 60 to 100 in two months. I'm not saying I did more than anyone else, but they really made sure I got my compensation.

There was no question too small or “dumb”. They guided me through every single issue, from whatever I was applying for, to what a jpeg was! I received 100% my first time through!!! Small price to pay for my family to have a steady income. They treated me like an equal and I am indebted to them!!

I’d give less if I could. Contacted them, set a phone appointment they called 27 minutes late. Set another appointment for a phone call on the same day and they were over 30 minutes late the second time. I understand being busy but being late for a meeting you scheduled twice in one day is a pattern. If they can’t be trusted to call when they say then they can’t be trusted to file paperwork on time.

Talked to a rep, was given an outline of services. This is a glorified Do-it-yourself with them using A.I. after you do all the leg work. This was not what I was offered. Requested refund after 1st call and was told. "You received a checklist" so you now have no option to refund your THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. FOR A CHECKLIST. Disgusting and dishonorable, These people are stealing from vulnerable and disabled vets looking for help beyond "file all your shit and if you fail well charge you for more."

In response to the reply 11Jun2026 *Forwarded to the BBB* . Stop skirting the issue and refund me my money for a service sold as something it isnt and has not even been used. And when confronted on it tossing hidden or arbitrary rules to avoid responsibility. You are stealing from veterans when you do this, and im not going to leave it alone.

Woobie went above and beyond throughout my entire claim process. They stayed professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about helping me every step of the way. Their communication was clear, they kept me updated, and they truly did their absolute best to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. I’m extremely grateful for all their hard work and support. Highly recommend!

I have used four different companies over years to help me with this process… Woobie by far is the best I have found… I see they are going through some growing pains, which is awesome that they are busy… The downside on that they are very busy and at times I feel they are growing too fast to accommodate the number of veterans they are trying to help … the tools they have to help are pretty cool and very helpful… I approach this whole process like a second job and I did not solely rely on them to help me understand and direct me… I do know that they are actively working on improving all aspects of their service…

Came to Woobie at my wits end after being stuck with a 90% rating for years.. I had a few claims that were denied by horrible C&P examiner's.. Woobie helps me get these things sorted out and provided solid resources on how to submit my claims myself. Along with providing me the right steps that I Needed to take to proceed with my claims..

This coming is responsive to questions and very helpful with assisting you in collecting all of the items needed for a successful claim packet. They do have some growing pains, but are well worth teaming up with to get your claims to the finish line. Trust the process as it is not a sprint but a long race. They don't do it for you but guide you and provide the proper tools to make the process successful!

In my opinion it was well worth the investment. To go from 0% to 100% is simply amazing and I couldn't have done without the staff at woobie. They were very responsive and respectful. It does take time to get through the process but, it is well worth it to get to the end goal. The resources are amazing. I am absolutely grateful for their service and support.

Started working with Woobie about a month ago as I was stuck at 90% and kept getting denied for conditions I knew I rated. Woobie gave me a strategy which I followed. The process was seamless- I scheduled medical appointments with their partner company, received nexus and other medical evidence, and used the resources provided by Woobie to file a complete claim. All said and done, Woobie got me to 100% in about a month with the majority of that time waiting on the VA to make a decision. I’d highly recommend because they know what they are doing to get you what you deserve. Worth every penny.

I liked the weekly meetings as it helped with the process and things to look at and think about. Having Doc review everything was a big bonus.
