館内は清潔でシンプルで、とても気に入りました。予約時にチェックインや鍵の開け閉めなどの心配が有りましたが、事前にきちんとメールでお知らせが来たので安心できました。
ヴェネチアにはよく行くので、また利用したいと思います。

Communication was brilliant with the company. The flat was very well equipped and exceeded our expectations.

I usually don’t like giving bad reviews at all, but in this case it’s really necessary to inform future travelers and also to convey a major suggestion for improvement to the provider.

When we arrived, since we had a late flight, we first had to pay a late check-in fee of €20. Thankfully, we arrived before midnight, otherwise, it would have been €40. Next, the woman who handed us the key explained that she had been very dissatisfied with the cleaning, apologized for it, and assured us that someone would come the next day to give the place a thorough cleaning. That would have been very necessary, as the floor was covered in dirt and hair, and there was even some hair still in the bed. Unfortunately, however, even after asking several times, no one came to clean until we left, which is why we had to deep-clean the entire apartment ourselves to have reasonably clean accommodations for the 5 days. Next, in the middle of the first night, we discovered that the shower wasn’t working. Only after asking several times did someone come the next day to take a look. Although it was just a knob, we believe the entire process of getting the shower to work should be clearly labeled so that future guests know what to do. Furthermore, the apartment was located in a dead zone, which is why our mobile data didn’t work there, and the Wi-Fi was unavailable the entire time due to “area-specific issues.” Unfortunately, we also realized on the first night that the apartment was very poorly soundproofed, and every noise from outside came right in, it felt like sleeping right on the highway and even earplugs were only of limited help.
Furthermore, for an apartment meant to be rented by 6 people, it is very sparsely furnished; aside from having only one bathroom for 6 people, there were also only 4 chairs in the kitchen. Our biggest recommendation for the property would be to install another mirror on the upper floor, as it always took forever for all 6 female travelers to get ready since there was only one large mirror in the bathroom and just 2 small ones in the other two rooms.
Last but not least, we’d also like to note that for a group of 6 people, it would really be advisable to provide AT LEAST one additional key, since we sometimes had different plans and always had to coordinate the key in an inconvenient way.

However, to mention something positive, the accommodation is truly in a great location right in the center, and there are countless fantastic cafes, restaurants, bars, and boutiques in the immediate vicinity. Since we spent most of our time out and about, we were generally able to overlook all the flaws.
The two ladies (the first one at check-in and the second one who fixed the shower) were also really, really nice; I just don’t know who we communicated with through Wonderful Italy, because there all inquiries regarding Wi-Fi and cleaning were consistently ignored.
I’m truly sorry that I have to give this accommodation such a poor review, but all six of us agreed that we had to at least point out these issues so that Wonderful Italy might be able to provide a more pleasant stay for future guests.
Otherwise, Naples is beautiful, and we’d definitely love to come back—just probably to a different place.

La posizione è ottima , l’appartamento è molto bello e spazioso ,completo di tutto,terrazzo splendido

Uns ist ein Fehler passiert bei der Buchung Datum vertauscht und rechtzeitig erkannt. Da gab es kein entgegen kommen oder umbuchung
Geld eingesteckt und ciao. Das war’s von ihrer Seite aus. Die Rezessionen sind nicht ohne Grund. Ich werde auf sämtlichen Plattformen sowie auf den Social Media Plattformen allen berichten das diese Website nie benutzt werden soll.

El apartamento muy limpio y bonito pero poner un sofá cama abierto partido el colchón en dos como cama de matrimonio no es cómodo. Tuvimos que dormir con el colchón en el suelo y con cuidado porque se abría. Tienen que cambiar ese dormitorio que un colchón doble con somier no es caro. Además la clave de Wifi proporcionada no era la correcta.

Tutto ottimo

L'appartamento si trova in un'ottima posizione, in una piazza che si anima ogni sera. Il centro è raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi, attraversando un vivace mercato locale. L'appartamento ha un bel balcone dove è possibile sorseggiare un caffè o un bicchiere di vino. L'unica nota negativa è la mancanza di una stufa in bagno; essendo stati lì all'inizio di aprile, abbiamo sentito un po' di freddo.

Mój pobyt z Wonderful Italy był absolutnie bezproblemowy. Apartament był dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciach – bardzo czysty, nowoczesny i świetnie wyposażony (kuchnia miała wszystko, czego potrzebowaliśmy). Lokalizacja była idealna, blisko głównych atrakcji. Największy plus to obsługa – kontakt z lokalnym zespołem był szybki i bardzo konkretny. Proces zameldowania przebiegł sprawnie, a otrzymane wskazówki dotyczące lokalnych restauracji okazały się strzałem w dziesiątkę. Czuć, że to profesjonalna firma, która dba o standardy. Zdecydowanie polecam i na pewno skorzystam z ich usług przy kolejnej wizycie w Bolonii

La casa di ca Fosca, è molto bella e confortevole in una posizione ideale per visitare la città o per motivi di lavoro. Ottima la comunicazione con Wonderful Italy e le modalità di prenotazione

Very clean, spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen - we traveled with two little kids and we were very happy and comfortable there! Highly recommend!

Big place and good location.

La struttura era esattamente quello che cercavo: pulita, tranquilla, economica e in una zona ben collegata. Consiglio comunque di organizzarsi in anticipo con i mezzi, specialmente se si rientra di sera tardi.
La cucina aveva tutto il necessario per potermi preparare qualcosa, e comunque c'era il supermercato a pochi metri. Ottimo il riscaldamento autonomo. Al mio arrivo mi ha accolta qualche cialda per il caffè e snack vari. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile. Suggerisco di accordarsi in anticipo per il check in, specie se si hanno orari stretti. Se dovessi tornare a Torino, sicuramente li ricontatterò.

Casa molto bella, ma gestione davvero deludente. Nonostante l’alloggio fosse già stato pagato in anticipo, ci è stato richiesto il pagamento anticipato anche del late check-in e della tassa di soggiorno, con l’implicita minaccia che, in caso contrario, l’addetto al check-in non avrebbe consegnato l’appartamento.

Abbiamo quindi provveduto immediatamente al pagamento, ma la stessa rapidità non è stata minimamente dimostrata quando noi ospiti abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza. Abbiamo richiesto delle federe aggiuntive e non sono mai arrivate. Anche la carta igienica fornita inizialmente non era sufficiente per tutta la durata del soggiorno e, nonostante la richiesta, non ci è mai stata consegnata.

Peccato, perché la casa merita davvero, ma il servizio lascia molto a desiderare.
