i called and got a recorded message i would be called back. I wasn't called back. The process needs to be better configured to register a new company in your system.

Offered services NOT allowed in the State of California
We are an LLC lawfirm opening an office in California; two different reps offered to register our company with the California Secretary of State and register our DBA in the appropriate county, and allowed me to pay for using CT as registered agent for that LLC -- They knew or SHOULD have know that LLC's for professional services (lawfirms) are not permitted to register in CA. $$ spent for NOTHING. Definitely do not recommend for professional guidance.

When I sign up for new service very responsive but when they send you an invoice and you want status update, not responsive at all. Still waiting on a responsive since March.

Missed the mark this time
1.There was no way for me to track my request on the website. I was frustrated trying to get updates and had to wait for emails from the customer service rep.
2. I made a payment at the time I submitted my request on a Friday. It cleared my credit card immediately but I couldn't get a receipt for my payment until the following Thursday!
3. I purposely did not select expedited service nor same day service but when I received my invoice, I was charged for both.
