This company is a scam. They hired us for work, told us they would pay and I still have not received payment for the services rendered as well as the actual parts.

The order process, status communication, and final document delivery were fast and easy. I've used CT for years now and will continue to do so.

Poor service...fraudulent billing
Very slow, very poor service and then they tried to overcharge me. BEWARE, their payment portal will automatically pull erroneous invoices into the total when trying to pay electronically. Save yourself time and money...use another vendor. I'm going to switch to LegalZoom

Our company has witnessed severe…
Our company has witnessed severe decline in Client Support Services. Any issues submitted to helpdesk get immediately closed with no further information and no complete resolution to issues, time and time again. Service used to be so much better in previous years. I have no idea what management changes or procedural changes that have happened in 2026, but the results are just horrible for us. I would not recommend this business.
