Poor service...fraudulent billing
Very slow, very poor service and then they tried to overcharge me. BEWARE, their payment portal will automatically pull erroneous invoices into the total when trying to pay electronically. Save yourself time and money...use another vendor. I'm going to switch to LegalZoom

Our company has witnessed severe…
Our company has witnessed severe decline in Client Support Services. Any issues submitted to helpdesk get immediately closed with no further information and no complete resolution to issues, time and time again. Service used to be so much better in previous years. I have no idea what management changes or procedural changes that have happened in 2026, but the results are just horrible for us. I would not recommend this business.

The individual I'm working with can be…
The individual I'm working with can be difficult. While we have had decent email exchanges, he doesn't provide me with any specific information and sometimes incorrect information. For example, I asked him if CT was getting my EIN. Initially, he said no and offered to charge me additionally for the service. I called him and found out that in fact, CT was going to complete my EIN. Right now, I'm trying to fill out the SS4 but he's telling me it's "insufficient" but not telling why or what is insufficient. This isn't great service and it's not the first time I have incorporated. I don't have time for babysitting people while trying to start a business.

Jamey Martin was extremely helpful and responsive.
I’m giving 5 stars now, but initially I found it difficult to understand what I needed to do to get my business reinstated. It wasn’t until I got connected with Jamey Martin that my customer experience changed to positive. Jamey explained to me that the registered agent fee pay does not include the annual filing process.
