I have ordered a few times now, excellent customer service great product and fast delivery. A*

Placed an order over a week ago and my delivery has gone up to Manchester back down to Wolverhampton then back up towards Manchester and now is back in Wolverhampton apparently and no instruction to when it will be delivered and I'm close to London so... I've emailed the company 3 times and no response!! Not sure whether ill actually ever get my order or if its now just lost. Same thing happened with my friend who also ordered from here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I placed an order Friday moring for 6 vaps all different styles and flavours I had a message Friday evening the didn’t have one of mine in stock so I swapped it with something they did have in stock they were brilliant and got my delivery today (Monday) so very quick service

I have bought loads from this site. The first time I had a problem with a leaky vape and a missing item they dealt with it as soon as they could after checking their packers. Thanks for a swift solution

2nd pr 3rd time ordering from wolfvapes, only issue through no fault of their own was the royal mail messing up, and to give credit to wolfvapes they were great. Very helpful and understanding. I will continue using them. Great products and range.

For an online company they sure have 10/10 values and morals,

Great Service. There was an issue with stock on the product I wanted they contacted me by phone and resolved it immediately with me. Will definitely use this company again.

I had an email confirming they had dispatched the item 2 days ago, on the Royal Mail tracking site it says they are still expecting the parcel, I seen other reviews similar to my situation but I decided to test the theory and I went ahead and bought 2 disposable 7000 puff capes, don’t look like I’ll be receiving them anytime soon, they stated they used 24 hour Royal Mail delivery, so technically it should be here but Royal Mail don’t even have it yet so they should not have said it was dispatched.

EDIT - 19th July, they promised me a refund today if it wasn’t delivered, I’m waiting for a response from them as the tracking still says “ expecting parcel”, if they refund me I will change this review.

EDIT - they finally refunded lol so I’ll give 3 stars, still not a good experience

I ordered for the first time from wolf vapes. I was slightly concerned that I was given an outdated tracking number by Royal Mail. I reached out via email to wolf vapes of which they did respond thoroughly and said that they are aware of the issue and that they have been in contact with Royal Mail to ensure that it is rectified, I received my delivery on Monday, I only ordered on Friday. Happy with my vapes and service.

No refund
It’s been almost a month now.

Ignoring every email and still no sigh of the refund they said they would give me

the only thing that let the process down was Royal Mail, my item should of arrived Tuesday Wednesday but I got it Friday after complaining to royal mail
