Quality items. Been using them for some time now and always great products. Missed 1 item from 1 delivery out of 30 odd I’ve had and replacement was sent next day.

Prices are great and always delivered in really quick time. Even though they did not have the original flavour I requested, alternatives suggested were of similar equivalent and customer service/contact was excellent. Have used this site on multiple occasions

Easy to order and delivery as expected

I bought a 10 pack of mixed flavour vapes, all of them out of date, some by 8 months. The flavours had degraded, the batteries were swollen (which can be dangerous), the charge didn't last long enough to use the vape much and I've had no response to my emails.

I assume they buy end of life products at heavy discount, which is how they sell so cheap, but it's not worth it.

I will never use this site again and I recommend against it.

Always excellent service with prompt delivery I highly recommend this company.I have never had any issues with my purchases as a repeat customer also excellent and prompt customer communications.

Out of stock, refund promised but not received

After I placed and paid for my order, I was told the items were out of stock. They offered a different product and then a smaller quantity of the product I ordered. I declined both and requested a full refund.

I had to chase them repeatedly. Even after I clearly asked them to cancel, they continued discussing sourcing stock instead of confirming my refund. They eventually promised I would receive it that night, but it still hasn’t arrived.

Very poor communication and a refund promise that hasn’t been kept. I shouldn’t have to keep chasing my money back for items they couldn’t supply.

AVOID AT ALL COST!
placed an order, paid extra for next day delivery, waited a few days with no notification of it being dispatched, reached out to them and they said they didn't have the full order in stock and were waiting for them to come into stock. After 10 days I contacted them again , got left of read and eventually I requested a refund which I did get.
Never had this type of unprofessionalism. Stick to companies you trust like e-cig clouds

Been ordering from these guys for year now. Very efficient and responsive service. Delivery literally takes a day or two maximum. Always accommodating with flavours.

If I could give this company a lower rating than 1 I would. I believe Ukvaperwhole.co.uk has been by far the WORST company I have EVER had to deal with. I ordered quite a large order of vape products and paid extra for 24-hour delivery from what I thought looked like a legitimate company with a legitimate website. The next day someone contacted me on WhatsApp asking to vary the order, which I accepted as it was a small variation. After I didn’t receive my order 3 days later, I tried to contact the number on the website which just keeps ringing and did any time I rang it over the next number of days. I filled out a customer contact form from their website - no response at all and still none, over 10 days later. Eventually I got through by text message conversation with the person on WhatsApp who had asked to vary my order, but who hardly responds and they blamed the delivery company. Even when I openly called what they’re doing a scam they didn’t deny it at all. They will not put you through to any manager or supervisor and will give you another WhatsApp business number that just rings and rings. There is no way to find out about your order or what is happening.
This is what I think happened to me. Ukvaperwholesale.co.uk accepted my order and take my payment. They then place an order for delivery with DPD the delivery company. They then didn’t deliver the parcel to the delivery company, or they cancelled delivery, but they have the picture of DPD’s delivery company label. When I asked for a refund, they sent me a picture of the label and some kind of screenshot of a computer screen supposedly showing a refund as ‘proof’ of what has happened. They blame the delivery company for ‘loosing’ the parcel but when I got on to DPD’s company website and put in the tracking number from the label it said that they hadn't received the parcel from the company. I even spoke to someone in DPD and they confirmed this. I believe I only got a refund because I threatened to report them to trading standards and had to send 20 plus messages a day for a week asking for my money back. Their customer service is non-existent. They do not respond to complaints at all and there is no way of contacting them. I am only lucky that they WhatsApp’ed me otherwise I would have had no means to contact them and would have had to raise a dispute with my bank to do a charge-back to get my money back or maybe I wouldn’t have even got it back. I wonder how many other people have just written off the loss with smaller orders with this company. Absolutely shocking business. Wish I'd never had anything to do with them at all.
