I am warning all tenants: stay away from Withyou Property Limited. My experience has been a disaster. 
Deposit Mismanagement: I paid my £1,303.84 deposit in full, but the agency's incompetent, opaque payment process caused my funds to be lost as 'unallocated'. I have not received a single penny back. 
Total Lack of Accountability: They share a registered office with the landlord and operate via a virtual address that doesn't exist for real business, making them impossible to hold accountable. 
Complete Abandonment: They have ghosted me since I moved out over a year ago, leaving me—a single working parent—in financial limbo. 
Their management is chaotic, dishonest, and lacks basic professional integrity. Check the other negative reviews—this is a pattern of systemic misconduct. Do not trust them with your money.

WARNING TO LANDLORDS: Financial Misconduct & Unauthorized Actions.
This agency is operated by staff with a documented history of financial irregularities at previous firms where substantial landlord rent went missing. They are currently engaging in illegal practices, including not paying rent to the landlords. Furthermore, tenants have reported frivolous and vague deposit deductions like 'others and unknown'. This is a high-risk operation. Do not trust them with your property assets or rental income.

This company is a fraudulent company in terms of tenant deposit, after moving out of the property they claimed ridiculous and untrue charges.

Be careful dealing with the company

My experience as a tenant with this agency has been very disappointing and I dare say, I and my family have been treated with disdain, lack of empathy and humanity. I can write all about my experience but I will advice any tenant doing business with this agency should thread with caution. I request that this agency explain what "unknown and other" charge mean on a deposit. On top on this, our case manager is rude and terrible at communicating.

I will not recommend this agency. They are fraudulent. I recently left a property on WN7 1RP with no damages or whatsoever on the property and this agency is trying to rob me of £865. I have all evidences to support my claim!
