Horrendous customer support. Bought a pair of Tyr trainers to be delivered to the Rep of Ireland from the UK. Paid customs and VAT up front on their website. A few days later received a notice from DPD for 70 EUR in custom and VAT payments! I immediately contacted support@wit-fitness and the fobbing off started. They were working with DPD to get this resolved etc... Two weeks later and several non-commital emails from WIT, DPD finally returned the package to sender. When I chased WIT about a response there was absolute radio silence. Still waiting to hear anything back. Really really bad experience.

Seems to be a trend from the other reviews here.

Still waiting, I am waiting for my refund. Please don’t ask me to contact the support team, they either ignore me or just say the warehouse hasn’t received the return (even though it has). This is disgusting!! If your warehouse has lost the return, at least have the decency to hold your hands up and give me my refund!! DONT REPLY WITH CONTACT THE SUPPORT TEAM

While initial delivery was quite prompt, there is a "re-stocking fee" which dents the pocket for any returns (as well as initial shipping fee).

Because of this, I will be sadly avoiding this company for any sporting goods in the future.

The shoes I ordered both failed in the same place within a couple of weeks of receiving them. Contacted WIT support who said send pictures, which I did. Multiple replies stating they couldnt see the pictures (JPEG’s… who can’t view JPEG’s?)
After this delay was over I got an RMA and returned.
Chased up a couple weeks later and was told the warehouse can’t find them… so I sent proof of postage over a week ago now… chased multiple times and still getting no response
WIT fitness clearly have no interest in providing refunds for faulty goods .. horrible customer service bordering on dishonest.. avoid them and buy elsewhere.

Placed an order, paid for 48 hour delivery. A week on still no dispatch notification. Contacted customer service and was told to “wait a few more days”. So I did, then contacted customer service when it still wasn’t dispatched, no response at all. Really poor service, still no response or dispatch of my item

Finally got my parcel after two weeks of waiting and three emails sent

Outstanding customer service. Michael from customer service processed my refund extremely quick. Very happy will shop here again!!! 100% recommend

Don't order if you are outside of the UK. Carrier label error three weeks ago and since then nothing. At first some calming replies and now nothing. No delivery, no solution and not even any replies after I waited patiently another week. But of course already paid for. Thank you for nothing.
UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE!!!

Update: The problem was resolved. Customer Service answered and sent out a new package that arrived fast.

Disgusted with the customer service, I paid £4.99 delivery then they deducted £9 from my refund! Another £4.99 AND a restocking fee!!! £15 for absolutely nothing - how can you justify a restocking fee?! Robbing customers with no pre-warning.

Quality of clothes is good, SEO nice, website easy to use but sales practices are dodgy at best. The company keeps on trying to collect personal information and inviting more people, baiting trading it in for promo codes which... are removed from basket just before payment so none work. Exclusions and ludicrous T&Cs make is impossible to actually use anything or feel like a respected customer. It's just gym clothes with more hype - not worth the full price, especially in CoLC. I really regret buying my partner's birthday present there... Back to Reebok next time.

AVOID!!!!!!

This company is ridiculous. They received my return in mid March and only today after 2 months have they given me a refund after emailing them MULTIPLE times. They then had the audacity to charge me a 10 pound restocking fee. 10 pounds to take 2 months for my refund which I probably would have never received if I hadn’t chased them. Absolutely ridiculous, I will not be ordering from them again. It also does not state anywhere on the website about a restocking fee unless you are getting a cash refund. Well I received a card refund - if I knew this I would have never ordered in the first place. What a joke of a company.

Really couldn’t fault this company. Customer service has been second to none! Thank you Milly and Michael for everything reference my orders.

I am a little shocked at this. I ordered a few items and wanted to return one. WIT Fitness charge £4.99 return postage AND a £4.99 re-stocking fee! So you lose a tenner! What kind of online retailer charges twice to return an item!

This is the last time I use the company! I feel cheated!

Awful customer service. Posted a parcel back for a refund on 26 March and I have not heard from WIT at all. I have not received confirmation it has been received nor a refund. I have emailed 3 times now and received no response. I have commented on their Instagram posts asking for a contact number and they delete my comments. Would avoid ordering from them if you can.

Whilst their product is great and delivery is quick I would probably not purchase anything from them again now.

I returned an item about 6 weeks ago now, I got a confirmation email that they received the item but still no refund and they are not getting back to my emails. I am probably going to have to do a chargeback via the bank which is not ideal.

Have tried to contact on email and social media regarding not receiving a confirmed return (wrong sizing)

Constantly chasing refunds!!!
Every time I’ve sent stuff back I’ve had to chase for items to be refunded.
I’m still waiting for my refund since 29th March. After contacting them via all social media platforms and email I still haven’t had a response!! .
It’s such a shame as i love the clothing and delivery is so quick but because of this refund problem I will only order from them if I’m desperate! Come on WIT you could do so much better! 🙏🏼

Deceitful, vague and unhelpful.

A number of weeks ago I ordered a pair of shoes and paid for next day delivery. The trainers did not arrive the next day. No apology nor any information provided by WIT. No telephone number for customer services although I did manage to track down the CEO'S number. E-mail only. I sent an e-mail. Someone called Naomi responded two days later who was, sadly, suspiciously vague about dispatch times and stock availability, etc. Eventually Naomi confirmed - twice - that a refund for delivery had been authorised but, when asked, could not provide evidence. I spoke to Paypal who confirmed a refund had not been submitted. I requested a refund for the shoes and communication came to an abrupt halt and only started up when I raised a case with PayPal and instructed my bank to begin "cashback" proceedings.
At each stage of communication (I have all of them as proof) WIT, but in particular Naomi, were vague and evasive to avoid illustrating any specifics.
I suspect WIT advertise products they do not have in stock and the positive reviews on here are likely to be fake.
If ordering, be sure to use PayPal or a credit card. I took my business elsewhere and I would encourage you to do the same.

In response to WIT's response to this review. WIT's correction is fair and is my mistake. I have checked the e-mails and the name is Nancy not Naomi. Everything else is in my review is factually accurate.

Poor Customer Service. Ordered an item from Virus on their website and couldn't find a way to return the order to either WIT or Virus.

WIT says that I need to contact Virus for the return. Virus says that I need to contact the original vendor WIT for the return.

Will avoid for future orders because of the complexity of the returns process.

Neither you guys (WITfitness) or Virus are willing to accept my return. It is still the merchants (WITfitness) responsibility to regulate any issues regarding the refund situation if you can’t come to an agreement with your partner brand on how to process my refund request.

The refund experience is awful. 25 workings days to process your return. I’m still waiting for a refund. Have contacted their customer service and still not received a reply. If you can id recommend buying from another retailer
