Seems like I too have been scammed. Sent back items. They sent me a returns label knowing full well they would not be able to process any financial refund. If there was any integrity, they would have advised that they could not take returns. At least I could have salvaged some credit via EBay!!
A disgrace. Should fit well with the reported acquisition from Mike Ashley’s lot at Fraser Group!

Ordered some clothing in January this year, Order was stuck showing confirmed. I tried to contact WIT over the coming weeks no response email, social media etc.. tried the gym also nothing. Find out they have gone into administration so claimed money back via bank using charge back form, finally got my money back. Would have been nice for WIT to at least have stated on their website they where going under instead of trying to mask it by saying moving warehouse. Shocking considering the company was a very reputable company in the crossfit community. Will never use again even if fraser group keep the name of the company after they have bought them out of administration.

Placed an order on 19th January, order went through and have yet to receive any info regarding dispatch. Have emailed and used their messaging service to try and get a response and am yet to hear back from them.
Absolutely disgraceful lack of any care or customer service. If a company is experiencing difficulties/going into administration/has no intention of dispatching any orders surely they should cease accepting new orders?!

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered trainers out the sale 10 days ago and while the money has been taken from my account the order isnt even confirmed when I track it in their system. Have tried the web forms, broken. Have tried emailing multiple times, no response. Avoid at all costs, never had an experience like this from a UK company. Disgraceful.

Company hasn’t processed my refund for over a month.

Ich fühle mich gezwungen, meine äußerst enttäuschende Erfahrung mit Wit-Fitness zu teilen, einem Online-Shop, von dem ich dringend abrate. Seit Oktober 2023 warte ich auf die Lieferung meiner Bestellung. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Kundensupport erhielt ich lediglich vertröstende Antworten und Ausreden über Verzögerungen aufgrund der hohen Auslastung während der Weihnachtszeit. Meine Geduld wurde auf eine harte Probe gestellt.

In der Hoffnung auf eine Lösung entschied ich mich, die Bestellung zu stornieren, doch selbst diese Anfrage blieb ohne Bestätigung oder jegliche Form von Bestätigung durch Wit-Fitness. Darüber hinaus warte ich immer noch auf die Gutschrift meines Geldes, was die gesamte Erfahrung noch frustrierender macht.

Es ist bedauerlich, denn die Qualität der Produkte, die Wit-Fitness anbietet, scheint hochwertig zu sein. Aber die Ineffizienz und der mangelhafte Kundenservice, die Unfähigkeit, Bestellungen zeitgerecht zu liefern, und die komplette Missachtung der Kundenanliegen haben mich zutiefst enttäuscht. Die Handhabung meiner Bestellung und die Kommunikation seitens Wit-Fitness waren eine reine Katastrophe und absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich hatte gehofft, dass Wit-Fitness ein vertrauenswürdiger Anbieter für Fitnessprodukte wäre, aber meine Erfahrung hat gezeigt, dass das, was "drum herum" passiert, fatal ist. Ich hoffe, dass ich mein Geld bald zurückbekomme und anderen potenziellen Kunden rate ich, sich zweimal zu überlegen, ob sie bei diesem Online-Shop einkaufen möchten.

No response for over a month and WIT owes me a refund for something I sent back on Dec 23rd 2023 - it's 2nd February. No response on social even though they have seen my messages, no response to my 5 different email enquires and web chat, the web form doesn't work. Avoid... I don't whether the company is going under or whether they are just totally useless.

Terrible. Claims free returns but it cost me £10 to return and now I’ve never had acknowledgment or any notice of my return. No money back or offer of exchange so now I’ve lost the Christmas gift I was purchased. Sent multiple emails and messages through social media and every single one ignored. APPAULING and won’t be shopping there again or recommending to anyone.

So far terrible experience with the customer services. No communication about a product being out of stock and a possible delayed delivery.I have placed an order with Wit over two weeks ago. I was charged immediately for it,nothing turned up as yet.No communication that the delivery is delayed,the order is still showing as unfulfilled and the product is all of a sudden out of stock.
I requested cancellation twice with no luck,sent few emails to customer services with no reply.

Ordered an item on the 26th December. It was lost by Yodel, I was given the option of a refund or re-delivery and chose refund. Haven't heard anything in over 8 days.

I never write a review on these sites but this company is a joke! I will never order from this company again. Ordered a secret Santa present early December ....it never arrived. I've pushed it four/fives now, each time they reply "I'm really sorry, I'll speak the warehouse." Roll forward to mid January, they are now saying "We don't actually know what town we are sending them too!?!" eventhough I clearly stated the address in the email thread. This company is a joke.

Have tried several times to contact WIT about an item I returned for exchange and cant get a response. Tried tracking my return but haven’t got an postcode for returns address as it was a printed label from their website.

States free returns on website and return slip, but not this is not the case. Have tried to contact customer services twice about a return. No reply either time.

Ordered items on the 16th December with the expectation of delivery within a week, and received the confirmation email. Three weeks later and no delivery or any update to explain and/or apologise for the long delay.

I was a staff member of WIT for over a year and had a relatively fun time. On my final month I never received my full pay. I emailed multiple times and was just ignored by finance and by the CEO, Matt Brewster at the time.

My company has invoices unpaid from WIT Fitness for several hundred pounds. They took our services but now are not paying. I would not have any faith, if I ordered from this company, that my goods would arrive, or I would receive any kind of refund from them if I needed to return my order (as seems to be the experience of many customers on here). Happy to remove this if the situation is quickly resolved but we are already months past the initial invoice due date and not getting any help. AVOID!

Purchased some items in the sale hoping for a better experience than with my last order, unfortunately the experience has been worse.

Order was sent in split parcels but this was never communicated, there was 7 days difference between each parcel being dispatched plus courier delivery time on top of that despite the website promising a 48 hour tracked service. Sent a message asking where the rest of my items were but my message was ignored. When I finally received my items I found that I'd been sent the wrong size to what I'd ordered.

WIT now charge to return items (£3.99) as well as a £4.99 "restocking" fee unless you get their store credit in which they boost your refund.

Waited three weeks for a return on my last order, ended up chasing for it to be processed. Got a response "Apologies this took slightly longer than expected, due to everything going on there is a slight backlog in refunds however we are working hard to get these processed as quickly as we can!"

Coming up to 4 weeks on this order and still no refund. As others have said, their refund policy is 25 days then 72 hours to wait to be processed into your account which is an awfully long time to wait when you're paying extra for that refund. I'm essentially £9 out of pocket to return my items which I would have had to anyway due to the incorrect order being sent and I'm still waiting for over £180 to be refunded a week before Christmas which is far from ideal. No doubt I'll have to chase this refund as well but given their lack of response to others this probably will be a waste of time also!

The quality and variety of items they sell is brilliant but their customer service is diabolical. Because of this I definitely won't be shopping with WIT again.
