At first I wasn’t sure about their returns as I hadn’t checked them out properly but I emailed customer services who were prompt and helpful. I didn’t actually return the trainers in the end as I decided a higher size would be better. The trainers are great. Great price.

We unfortunately cannot change the address once the item has been fulfilled by our warehouse. The order was rejected at the incorrect address. Our team have advised that we would resend it to you at the correct address as soon as we received it back at our warehouse.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Once they have your money, they seem to have no interest in resolving any issues.
I bought a pair of shoes and, after only the second or third time wearing them, the rubber on the toe started to come away. I contacted customer service and initially received a response saying they would replace them, but since then communication has been very poor.
After reading other reviews from customers who returned items for a refund or replacement and were still waiting six months later, I decided it was safer to keep the faulty shoes rather than risk sending them back and ending up with neither a replacement nor a refund.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay well clear.

Awful after-sales and customer service
Awful after-sales and customer service. Sole came away from my shoes after only the second use, and it has taken over two weeks of chasing for anyone to even reply, let alone resolve. Terrible.

I returned a pair of trainers under…
I returned a pair of trainers under their chosen courier in November 2025. I have not received a £150 refund for these and there has been no attempt from wit to resolve this.

Will NEVER use again
Will NEVER use again. Purchased lifting trainers that never arrived at my address. Submitted a complaint with both the Post Office and Wit (11 emails to Wit) yet I’m still £150 down with no product. Horrendous customer service
