I’m the same as others very disappointed such a shame! I feel it is a scam!

Appalling company!! Ordered an item 23 november, received email to say was dispatched & nothing since. Has been stuck 'in transit'. Emailed 3 times & received the same computer generated 'please wait' email back. Emailed again to ask for an actual person with no response. Absolutely no customer service, no number to ring. Having to contact my bank to receive a refund. Avoid!!!!! Save yourself the hassle!

This is a scam. Ordered a ring for my daughter for Christmas. Had an email to say it had been dispatched but item was never received and tracking number takes you to an Italian website.
Do not use this company.

Dont order from this site!!! Ordered and paid for 2 rings 2nd Dec still not arrived, no response to emails, no tracking available, number takes you to a site that is in a foreign language that i cant read! Total scammers, especially now, in this day and age! Wish i would have read reveiws! Trading Standards needs to get involved now!!

Not received after weeks since saying it had been despatched. Have sent email but no great hopes. Will return here to update if they do arrive and on quality. Notice they’re no longer on Facebook unless by another company name.

Update. The key rings arrived via Royal Mail. I’m pleasantly surprised as quality is in line with cost. I did email but did not receive any acknowledgment. The tracking system via Italian website is very strange.

Ordered Owl Mittens through a Facebook advert. Not even despatched nearly 3 weeks later.
Don't reply to emails.

I ordered 2 chains for my daughter & granddaughter paid £25.97 still no chains been delivered!!!

If I could would give this company a big fat 0.
Ordered a figit ring end of November, still hasn't arrived.
On 12th Dec informed me was with courier, Hermes and provided tracking number. The link took me to an Italian website which I can't read. Hermes is now called Evri and the tracking number is not known.
No response to email sent to Customer Services.
Gutted I lost £20 but could have been worse. Don't buy from this company appear to be a bunch of scammers. Although they states Wish pocket UK, clearly not in the UK.

I wish I have read all the reviews and not ordered from this so called company. Looks like I will not be getting my bracelets even they were ordered and paid for weeks ago. I'm disgusted. People are struggling with money just now and people like these don't help. Obviously they aren't struggling they have plenty of money from people like us. 😡😡😡😡😡

My order supposedly shipped on 10th December. Not received to date and contacted company daily but no response.
Definitely avoid this company.

I only gave 1 star to enable me to give a review, I ordered 3 rings, the money was taken straight away & up to now no rings received !! I would not order from this company again & am only sorry I didn’t read reviews first - stay away from this company !!

My order of book themed Christmas decorations took 4 weeks to arrive. They are horrendously cheap looking bits of plastic printed pictures of what I thought was a wooden decoration, very well advertised through instagram. What a rip off, so disappointed with all 3 of them. Don't buy from this company!

They are quick to take your money and not deliver goods. They won’t answer emails. Should have looked at these before ordering.

Appalling company don’t answer any customer queries, package still not received I wish I would have read the comments before ordering. Received a despatched email with leads to a foreign courier!

Ordered owl mittens for my partner for Xmas via an FB advert. Paid my money, had an email saying order was being processed then nothing. No response to several emails from me. I also mailed Sadensk Inc who took the payment but likewise no reply. Thankfully PayPal have initiated refund. Don't touch these sellers they're just after your cash and you won't see the goods.

I have placed my order on the 7th of December, my order hasn't arrived yet, I've tried to contact customer service many of times and I had no replay at all, I don't know if my items have beed dispatched,absolutely out of order no communication at all !!!!

A load of lying, thieving rogues. Been waiting weeks now and not showing on the tracking app. They take your money and keep your item. And they avoid being contacted by using dodgy e mail addresses. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOWER OF $#@T!!

Item ordered 6/12/2022 received 16/12. Really pleased with bracelet.
Disappointed not in a box but item just as advertised

Ridiculous ordered 2 items weeks and weeks ago. Male adult son bracelet I only have a 15" wrist size just fits me! No response
Also ordered at the same time a fidget adjustable ring. Never received I was told it was delivered 9th December.
Wish I had read these reviews awful company do not respond to you bunch of liars.
Took my money!

If I could give it 0 I would. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I have not received my make up bag. Tracking number does not exist I have emailed them and had no response. I intend to report them to try to stop anyone else losing their money
