Just a scam. Your product was claimed to make a massive improvement to the paint finish of any vehicle. I followed instructions and used it on a car that looked tidy enough but just average and it made no difference what so ever.

Getting my money back after waiting an extended amount of time for my shipment which did not arrive. The refund was much faster than shipping

I ordered four pairs of the AI Glasses advertised as language translating, recording and picture taking. Received the glasses timely, but upon opening the box quickly realized that the glasses did not have a camera. I emailed support, received a quick response and after voicing my concerns over a couple of emails I received a full refund without the need to return the glasses. While not happy with the false advertising of the glasses, I am happy to have received my money back. Hence the only reason for the three stars.

I purchased a smart watch from the company and was initially concerned about it being a scam. However, I gained more confidence with the regular tracking updates I received until the watch was delivered. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the watch that it didn’t do everything I needed so I contacted the seller. Their response was immediate, and they gave me a full refund and said I could keep the unit, which I have since gifted on. Thank you Durian, great service.

very disapointed about the false advertising
got a partial refund but still had the chance to have a reply from Durian, customer service, who make the experience better

The product itself (Stainless Steel Floor Drain Filter) didn't work for my sink. It was just a little bit too big. But they offered to refund the amount without me having to ship it back.

*** Wild sink and drain cleaner***
Bought what appeared to be miracle sink/drain unblocker but it was so unaffective it was actually embarrassing, at least off the shelf stuff in shops foams and bubbles etc. I used three bottles of this stuff and not a murmur from my drain, despite using to the letter as per the instructions.total scam do not buy !

Sent my order to the wrong address (2,000 km away). I notified them immediately upon getting my receipt but it took them 2 days to reply to my email. When I finally got a response, they said that the order had been dispatched. It was still in their network but obviously didn't care as they got their money

My package was supposedly delivered via USPS at an office. The Post Office did not receive it and the supposed delivered office does not exist!

I paid them through PayPal so my money was refunded.

This company must be on the 3rd Rock from the Sun!!! Yes l should have read the reviews before ordering. I have been waiting on my order for 1 1/2 months now. No tracking number no response or anything. But waisted no time debating my account.

I bought the Quick Effect Coating Agent ...First of all it took 4 weeks to get here, Second each bottle was only 4ozs...It took all 3 bottles to do my Tacoma.There is nothing special about it ..You are better off getting a $10.00 bottle of wal mart special.I would like my money back $40.00 but i used all of it on my truck i cant return anything ...I used it all....WAST OF $$$ DO NOT GET THIS CRAP.

I was scammed into buying double what I wanted and then my goods never turned up. I have sent 5 emails and not had a single response to any . Do not use

After seeing an ad on Facebook, I purchased AI glasses. What I have received is nothing like the glasses I've purchased. Now I have sent multiple emails, and noone has contacted me back. Another scam site, stay away.
