The valentines video was delivered…
The valentines video was delivered exactly as requested, and very promptly (just over 24h) despite being on rather short-notice and during what is surely a busy time.

The content was amazing - but video quality poor
The content was amazing, but the video quality was super low :( I had to pay for AI upscale on another website to make the video watchable in good quality. I'd rather give that extra 10 euro to the guys in the video instead if the video was uploaded in good quality.
Nevetherless thank you!

It is a nice video BUT, the dancers were not that radiant. Lifeless even.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you liked the video. Our dancers often record multiple videos in one day, and while we always aim for energetic performances, occasional fatigue can occur. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our service.

I paid for a 24-hour delivery
I paid for a 24-hour delivery, but I haven’t received any updates after 48 hours. I believe I should be refunded the fee I paid to expedite the delivery. I emailed them, and they said it should be delivered that day, but it had already been past the 24-hour mark by then. Even after 48 hours, I still haven’t received the video.
