After reviewing your order, we found that part of the requested text contained words that are not allowed under our content policy. For that reason, we unfortunately had to remove that section.
We always strive to deliver orders as accurately as possible, while adhering to our guidelines.

I experienced an issue with my order as…
I experienced an issue with my order as I didn’t receive any confirmation initially, so I had to contact customer service. Thankfully, I received the confirmation the following day, they had a very promot and professioanl reaction.
The video was delivered quickly, on the same day I got the confirmation, which I really appreciated:)
However, I was just a bit disappointed with the energy in the video. I had expected more enthusiasm, but I do understand that people can be tired, just the whole point of these videos is to capture fun, energy, and laughter, so you can truly surprise someone for their birthday.

Fantastic service
My wife loves it. <3 It's unique, fun, and vibrant. The customer support is superb!
The first video was a bit pale, so I asked for another one with more energy and a little choreography. I honestly wasn’t expecting they would make it, since Valentine’s Day is coming up and they’re probably super busy.
But guess what—they did the changes I asked for, and with a super fast turnaround!
You guys are the best. Kudos to the team! Love you guys. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day unique and fun.
