Shipping was a little long. I couldn’t get the tracking numbers to work to see where my package was. The markers seem to be working very well. We will see how long they last as of right now. Looks like a great product.

I believe I made a mistake in placing my order but I appreciate that Ms. Cecilia helped me in making the correction for me, thank you...

This would have gotten five stars, but I didn't know the product was coming from China and would take so long to receive.

délai un peu long mais produit conforme à la; description et de bonne qualité

Placing the order was quick and easy. I have not received the package yet so I cannot offer an opinion as to the delivery or the quality of the merchandise ordered.

Took over a month to get. I do like the product.

I cannot get the flame to work. I can get it to spark but will not light up.

What a fun thing to do for a family member. Easy, fun and can redo it if not satisfied with the story!

items were smaller than expected but will use as handouts for halloween

They say they delivered my order Sept 23 but I did not receive it. Now they say that
They cannot find my order. I want a full refund or the order .The post office says they did not deliver it. The tracking number is not theirs.
This company is a scam!

I ordered something from them on August 16. It wasn’t even picked up from their overseas warehouse until September 23. I imagine by the time it clears customs and gets here it is going to be late October, early November. I routinely buy from overseas sellers and have never had an item take this long.

I would have done a 4 because it took a little longer than I expected. However, given the great value and fun it must be a 5. With issues beyond their control it would seem unfair. Giving these out with the Halloween candy and expect some smiles. The skull on the light was clear to see and even had green in the eyes. Thank you for the fun!

Well it is not a scam, which is the number one reason I would buy from them again. Product arrived quickly, and was exactly what I expected.

Order was shipped in a timely manner.
The item itself was "ok" - not bad, not exceptional.
I gave them to my sons and their respective families to post and "do" once the Christmas season is here.

The experience was easy and seamless. My order came in the mail and was as good as it looked on tv

Great experience

I was overcharged for my order but they did refund the overage. Then the product showed up broken and when I emailed pictures of the damage I never heard back from them.
