Bestemall Anmeldelser

No problems with the ordering that was fine. Waiting until 12/01/2026 to open it. Must be some extremely small pieces considering the size of the box.

Delivery was fast and trackable.

Quickly shipped and received.
Kids will open Christmas morning.

It would be nice if you provided some instructions on how to properly use the device, ie., power on or power off on the device being tested. Also, the LED that indicates the part is good is dim on mine and very hard to see if it is lighting up or not. It also flickers.

I placed an order Sept 16,2026.. I received confirmation of order and payment. I’m having trouble tracking shipment information… confusing information on tracking page. CS indicated to me by email today that they are ‘on vacation for 5 days’ and will contact me then. That is totally unacceptable..
Needless to say I will not oder from Bestemall again and I hope my order is complete and functional.
Thank you

Hi there, we appreciate your support and understanding.
We are now on a vacation. There are only a few staff members on duty.
We will get back to you in 5 days. Please be patient.
Just so you know, repeated emails may make us more confused about your request later.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Wish you a pleasant life.

Great product..exactly as it looked in the picture. My grandson will love it! Slow shipping though...or it woulda been a 5 star rating.

Its nothing special. Its just a 4 outlet charger.

Delivery times infinite, return policies unfair. Making us pay for the shipping when an item doesn't fit - that's just not how things are done.

They do everything they can to make returns difficult as well.

Nice blades. Fast shipping. Thank you very much.

I love these kits. However the first I worked on was great except there weren’t enough beads for the potting shed, o4 beads. I’ve written several times and I’ve yet to hear anything. Disappointed

I received the glasses and have tried them. I wrote for a label ticket to send them back as they are not good for me. I still have not gotten a return label. If you read this please send a label so I can return them.

It takes too long to arrive, and it's not like advertised

We have a dog and this helped filter the hair . Will keep trying as only used twice so far . Hopeful

Tbh I was freaking out bc I thought I got scammed. It took a lot longer than expected. I tried contacting you and couldn't find your site. I gave up hope and was going to call my bank to see if I could be reimbursed. Thank God it finally came in the mail before that! It's a gift and I'm so excited to give it to my bff to go with her new snowsuit. I would have given 5 stars if all those things didn't happen.

Not used yet. Planning on Christmas presents.

Item arrived sooner than I expected in perfect condition, I played it Sunday night and my family had a ball, it kept us engaged.
