Very poor service and never issued a refund for a product that never shipped.refund had to be persued via PayPal claims.
Delivery of unit
After several weeks we have received a new bathroom unit today 28th May. Thank you for sorting this for us. We didn't catch your name but thank you for checking the unit before being packaged.

What a complete shower ( no pun intended) Ordered vanity unit and sink after chasing it arrived looking like it had literally fallen off the back of a lorry, no surprise then when unpacking it clearly had as badly damaged. This was two weeks ago ever since been chasing for collection and refund. Collection has been promised and promised and promised, still sat in my hallway. After a rather blunt exchange of messages I have finally received a refund today. Equally after me pursuing a resolution collection has now been arranged for Thursday with the caveat if not collected this time it will be removed from my premises and left kerbside. If I could give minus stars I would, I've dealt with some companies in the past but by a country mile these are simply the worst a complete an utter joke- AVOID at all costs.
The owner of Wise bathrooms needs to look and stand in the shoes of the customers they aim to serve and recognise their failings and take responsibility like any good business if carriers are failing them it's not the customers issue but a contractual one with the carrier.
Great company and staff
They were extremely helpful when we had a problem with our order and went over and above to solve it. They were helpful and friendly and the problem actually turned out to be our fault anyway!
We are very grateful and would definitely recommend them as a Company.

Dispatch Delayed with poor communication
It took long time for them to dispatch the item. Also the item wasn't correct. I messaged the sale tem and didn't get any response.
Still awaiting refund & collection of incorrect deliveries so we can remove review
First sink ordered with stand, stand arrived sink did not, re-ordered both, still no refund on first, 2 weeks late still no sign of the reordered sink & stand... have been without a sink in the bathroom for weeks now. Check other reviews to see similar experiences, either Wise Bathrooms resolve and I'll update this or I really wouldn't trust them if you're thinking to buy from them. As others say, phone engaged or huge wait, then still nothing happens in resolving the issue. I'm extremely patient but this is absurd. Eventually a sink arrives (it's now Friday 17th May and more calls were necessary) and guess what, the sink is not the sink 510 as illustrated (retail law btw is to match description) it has side taps and - it'll have to be refunded, along with the stand as, quite honestly, it's been a disaster choosing them. The only saving grace, albeit having suffered all these shenanigans, will be an immediate full refund and could they please pick it up asap. Given that, the review will be removed, alternatively it will be further updated. Such a pity for all concerned. Await news from WiseBathrooms.

placed order for shower screen, suppose to take 3 days delivery and it has now been almost 4 weeks nothing arrived. after many unanswered calls and emails no solution and empty promise of delivery. I have now complained to paypal to get a refund and buy from elsewhere.

Great experience from Taj, needed a black wall hung sink after ordering from somewhere else not realising it had a tap hole. Couldn’t find one anywhere else for a decent price to come quickly as plumber was on site and Wise bathrooms came through, received within 48 hours for a good price and looks really good in my project. Will use in future and would recommend! Saved my ass ha
Shower tray troubles...
I ordered a shower tray which arrived promptly, but badly damaged.
So I raised this issue with Wise Bathrooms by email and telephone over a month ago.
I was told to expect a replacement the following week. This didn't arrive.
After more chasing, this week I was told a replacement would be with me within the next few days. Again, it hasn't arrived.
Why go to the effort of building a business only to ruin your reputation with terrible customer service.
Appalling service
Appalling. Communication after purchase when trying to track an order that was late , is virtually non existent. I had to plead with them to let me know when the item would arrive. Waited in for the order but it just never arrived. Again had to chase them to see what was happening, eventually got a response to say the item had been damaged. I ask for a refund which I did get but again had to chase. The most frustrating, time wasting, unprofessional experience I have ever had .

Lovely vanity and storage unit, some issues with delivery and correspondence is a little slow, but everything was sorted out eventually
Took me over 2 weeks to try and get a return
Took me over 2 weeks to get an item returned. Didn't reply until the 3rd attempt and then had a very vague replies which after they asked for £70... for the collection cost (which I paid) and I'm still currently waiting for them to collect and refund me back. They said they booked in a time and everything but noone showed up to actually deliver and now they're ignoring my calls and emails. What. A. Scam.
Edit: They're still constantly harassing me on multiple different numbers, texts...etc for months now to change my review after charging an obscene amount to get it delivered back. No, I will not be changing my review, you don't treat customers like this at all and if someone's ignored you multiple times you should get the message, honestly giving Baby Reindeer vibes. You're a money hungry company that only cares for profit.

If you are willing to wait 30 days for delivery and read excuse after excuse after sending them emails along with phone calls unanswered, then go ahead and order from these guys. Otherwise AVOID!!!

Ordered in March 24 wall hanging basin unit worth £400.
1. Parts missing (Handle)
2. Poor customer service, even after sending them 2 emails. No update.
3. Don’t even bother to pick phone. When made contact, they told me that they had sent the missing parts by fedex last week. Now they will chase with fedex and get back to me. it’s already 2 days.
4 they charge around £50 For delivery.
Poor service, make sure about those things before buying from them.

very poor customer service, I ordered a 1000 vanity unit, they called to say it was damaged before it was dispatched to me and it would be about 6 weeks before they got another one in stock, so I requested a refund as it was through no fault of mine, as it was for a job that I was doing I could not wait that long. It has been nearly a month and still not refund, i have contacted them through email and they are very slow at replying emails, I was told that the refund had been made but still no signs of it.
