Easy purchase and great customer service from Shaf - when the main supplier delivered the wrong shape shower tray, Shaf arranged for the right one to be delivered and the wrong one taken away by 8am the following day. Thank you
Delivery late and wrong but amended quickly
Weird experience but they refunded delivery - bath arrived late as the delivery driver apparently broke down on the motorway. Then the wrong bath arrived. They made up for it by sending the correct bath within 24 hours.

Poor customer service.
Item didn't arrive. Eventually got someone on phone and it lost and it was the couriers fault. Courier say they haven't picked up and have opened an investigation. Called again after promised call never came to be told there is 1 in stock but its damaged, do I want it?. No thank you so can I have a refund?. OK, It'll be 5-10 days. Not happy but will wait and see. Meanwhile I'm £350 out of pocket.

It was easy to order and arrived within delivery time though delivery charge did seem a bit high

4 weeks to deliver product. Part of product broken. Broken parts still not replaced. Can never get through on phone in under 15 minutes. Still no refund for fast delivery. Worst service ever.

There was a lack of communication after I first placed my order and after reading reviews online I almost cancelled my order. But I rang them to chase and whilst I wasn’t convinced my my vanity unit was going to arrive after speaking to them….I was pleasantly surprised when it did! And it’s beautiful, so I’m a rather happy customer 😀
Very poor service, but thank God for Charles!
We ordered a bathroom tap on 11th December, and was quoted 7-12 working days delivery. When I chased the delivery I was advised that carriers were closing early for Christmas. Therefore tap would not be dispatched until 2nd January (not pleased!).
When I phoned on 4th January I was told that upon inspection the tap was damaged and another had to be ordered from the manufacturer (very unhappy as no information until I chased). I chased again to be told that tap had not arrived from manufacturer!
On the next call I spoke with Charles who said that he would handle things going forward. He kept me informed by phone and email and my tap eventually arrived (after more than one month from delivery).

Paid £200 for shower door that was never delivered. Zero communication from Wise Bathrooms. No acknowledgment of their lack of supply or shocking customer service.
The shower tray they did manage to supply had been damaged prior to their delivery. It had various cracks and damage.
They are NOT to be trusted.
I will be claiming for their failings through small claims court.
Do not be suckered in to their low prices. You get shocking product but even worse customer service.

Went to collect my items from these guys, what a cracking bunch of people they were. Very accomadating and will be coming back for more things.
Room For Improvement
OK ... Where to begin? ... Whilst we send probes to Saturn and beyond in search of life I have to wonder shouldn't we begin closer to home i.e. Blackburn, home to Wise Bathrooms (probably the greatest misnomer ever.) Talking of rockets I get the feeling this company could really benefit from an amphetamine fuelled rocket strapped to its collective behind.
Full order was supposed to take 5 days but items arrived in dribs and drabs over a fortnight. Was made to wait 2 months for a bath free from damage. Was promised delivery by their "dedicated" driver on several occasions - each time no delivery and no explanation or apology. Emails went unanswered. They kept me uninformed at every turn. Such a pity it took threats of legal action and Trading Standards to get the bath in satisfactory condition. Finally on arrival the delivery driver asked me if he could swap me a £20 note of his for £20 credit to his account. Something said No. That was me.
Staff were polite enough when I spoke to them on the phone - they were just not brimming over with enthusiasm in fact they sounded rather depressed (I'm sure I would be too if I worked for this company). It was like listening to The Smiths on 16rpm. Actually I'm being a little unfair here. Enthusiasm did come in a few short bursts in the form of emails keenly asking me to review the company (a refreshing change from the deadpan anonymous replies I got to my email queries). For this enthusiasm I'm delighted to respond in kind. Things just got better with the last review invitation actually offering me a chance to WIN a full refund for posting a review. Pinch yourselves, people, this is real!! Be excited knowing that you too will soon have the chance to WIN free entry into a free draw to win the chance of a goodwill gesture. Although we did not keep the vanity unit (as I wanted matt and not gloss) the returns was easy to do. Taj was very helpful and responsive to my emails. Thanks again!

Only place I could find the item I needed. Immediate response to my queries and very speedy delivery. Perfect!
My order was late
My order was not delivered within the time period stated and I had to chase several times to find out why (the wrong product had been received and they needed to get the right one in). The experience could have been improved by them keeping me updated as I understand that sometimes things go wrong. I received my order a month after it was placed.
