I love all the events organised by Alexandra. I have been to women circles and retreat. She is amazing! I loved sound bath and her ability to make everyone feel comfortable.

What Wisdom of Empowerment Is Wisdom of Empowerment is a heart-led wellness space created to support women on their journey from overwhelm, self-doubt, or burnout into clarity, balance, and self-trust. Rooted in holistic practices, it combines psychology-informed insight, intuition, and embodiment to help women feel grounded, seen, and safely held as they grow. How It Supports Women Through sacred women’s circles, sound journeys, mindful movement, coaching, and nourishing retreats in nature, Wisdom of Empowerment invites women to slow down and listen to their inner voice. Practices such as meditation, yoga, art therapy, and sharing circles are woven together to release stress, cultivate self-love, and build resilience from the inside out. The Heart Behind It Founder Aleksandra is a mother of three and a spiritual women’s coach who transformed her own challenges into a commitment to guide other women home to themselves. She holds compassionate, embodied spaces where every woman is welcomed exactly as she is, supported to reconnect with her body, emotions, and intuition, and gently encouraged to step into a more empowered, authentic life. It was truly beautiful and mesmerizing, like a live concert
I would like to thank Alexandra for today’s singing bowls session.
The club space is incredibly atmospheric - warm, vibrant, and filled with gentle, nourishing energy. Every time I come here, I don’t want to leave.
Today I attended Alexandra’s sound therapy session. It was truly beautiful and mesmerizing, like a live concert. At the same time, you can completely relax, even drift off to sleep, and the sounds will continue to work in a deep and healing way.
Before the session, I felt that my whole body was tense, like a stretched string. During the sound therapy, I was able to truly rest, relax, and release accumulated stress.
Thank you to the space and to Alexandra for such delicate and mindful guidance.

Amazing Holistic Wellness Experiences
I’ve joined several events organized by Aleksandra, and each experience has been truly special.
One of the events was a Reiki Circle, which I absolutely loved. It was a beautiful space to relax, reset, and reconnect. The atmosphere was calm, supportive, and deeply grounding — exactly what I needed.
Another highlight was the Sauna Retreat, which was incredibly well organized. We experienced contrast temperatures, including sauna with a view, wild swimming, finished off with a beautiful relax in the hot tub. The experience was taken to another level with a Sound Bath combined with Reiki healing, which was deeply immersive and restorative.
Everything was thoughtfully planned, and you could really feel the care and intention behind each event. I highly recommend this to anyone interested in healing, relaxation, resetting their energy, or simply spending time with like-minded people in a welcoming environment.
