Quand j’ai l’ai reçu il ne me convenais pas alors j’ai directement contacter la compagnie pour un retour. Ça leur a pris 1 semaine pour me donner des consigne que j’ai immédiatement fais ! Nous sommes le 12 avril et je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon reçu de retour. C’est la pire compagnie que j’ai vu à date et je commande énormément en ligne ! J’ai demander un remboursement à cause de l’attente trop longue et encore la il m’ont repondu le message qu’il m’ont envoyer 1 semaine après mon courriel de demande de retour! Ne faite jamais affaire avec cette compagnie. Pire service à la clientèle !!!!

The phone doesn’t ring and you can’t hear callers and they can’t hear me. I have gone back and forth with them since December and they have lied and used excuses every time. Even said that they are closed on weekends but that’s when they respond the most. I still don’t have my refund and I can’t use the phone. This place is a scam. Don’t purchase from them.

Picked up a Samsung Galaxy S23 from Wireless-Source.com and everything went smoothly. Shipping was quick and the phone works perfectly. Great way to save money without sacrificing quality.

I'm reposting a bad review, due to never receiving my refund. I understand that I will never receive my refund. This review is for awareness of this company!
I purchased an iPhone 11 Pro from this company. I recently posted a negative review about Wireless source. Someone named "Taylor" reached out by email due to my negative review. I was told if I deleted my review, I would be refunded immediately. I deleted the review and then they started the run around about confirmation of iCloud being cleared on phone. I stated that all instructions was followed in the email that I received before they sent the shipping label. This company received the iPhone 11 Pro on 3/30/2026 at 12:33 PM. I was told that refunds take 2-5 business days, but my email was ignored when I followed up after they received the phone. This company is a SCAM! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Be careful. They tried to not refund me for two weeks, and it was only after constant badgering to Amazon that they finally gave in, and then refunded me less than HALF of the item. It is a 200 dollar item and they tried to refund me 90 dollars. I returned the phone in the exact condition they sent it to me so this is definitely fraudulent behavior. And yes they do sell defective phones that break over time, and they tried to tell me it was my fault for not sending it back earlier and "holding onto the phone for 3 months". Can you believe the audacity? And btw, that is a lie too I only held onto the phone for a month before it started showing GREEN LINES ON THE DISPLAY and tried to refund it back within the month. They are liars and try to blame you. Of course I am going to try to refund a phone that you sold to me that is DEFECTIVE IN THE FIRST PLACE. They pretend to be so nice at first but they are dishonest liars. I bet they pissed off a lot of people and hopefully we can come together to create a class action lawsuit

I am leaving this review to warn others about my experience with the seller “wireless-source.”

I purchased an iPhone 14 Pro Max on thier EBAY store listed as being in “excellent condition,” but the device arrived with multiple noticeable scratches that were not disclosed. This was clearly not as described.

I returned the item promptly, and tracking confirms it was delivered and signed for on March 24. Despite the seller receiving the item back, they have failed to issue my refund of $493.86 and have stopped responding to my messages entirely.

At this point, the seller has both the returned item and my money, which is unacceptable. This experience shows a lack of honesty in the listing and a complete disregard for basic customer service and refund obligations.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

I purchased Through Walmart.com a iPad and had to return it because it was in poor condition. I have been fighting with both Walmart and this Wireless Source for 6 weeks trying to get my refund. They are horrible and do not have a phone number to the business only a recording and Walmart will not give any info ,only saying their hands are tied.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! I HAVE LOST THAT MONEY…

I am filing with the FCC and the Attorney General‘s office. I think Walmart should be held responsible. I asked them point-blank. Why are you dealing with a company that you cannot contact?

There needs to be a law suit based on all these negative reviews and lost money this company making money off of people with nonworking product and knowing that you can’t get to them.

I never got my product. Fed Ex delivered it somewhere other than the address I provided. I bought it on Amazon so I had to message them through that. They take forever to get back with you and after filing a claim with fed ex just came back and said they can’t do anything. Didn’t offer to send me another watch or to do a refund. Beware

Scam company - do not buy from them. They send broken MacBooks and will say you broke it when you call them out. The reviews they post are fake and from employees within the company to help cancel out all the real 1 star reviews. Beware. Do not buy, you will regret it.

I wish I did my research before I had to experience it myself. Lesson learned

I m really surprise for the kind a practice for this wireless company, ordered a IPHONE 15 Pro Max, described as EXCELLENT , great cosmetic, battery health, display etc, open my box, a trash of device, even cable USB to C on a this model of device, a joke of product, ask for refund on Amazon, put in the same box, with extra bubble wrap to shipped back, few days later, a message from them: “ device not elegible for return on full amount, because was a screen problems, I dont even turn on the trash.

They STOLE for me 50% of my money!

I bought an iphone12 from wireless source on eBay January 27th,2026.It was advertised as eBay refurbished and a one year guarantee.When I received the iPhone 12 it looked good,I took it directly to my Verizon store, they could not activate the iPhone.They gave me the number for apple support, they could not help me activate the iPhone 12.Wireless source responded after I returned the iPhone that the original packing showed the iPhone was fully functionally then they had the iPhone fully knew the iPhone could not be activated.They are not honest people don't ever buy anything from them.Shame on eBay who have not responded to my many emails.I have been purchasing on eBay for over 10 years, but not anymore they have not followed through with their money back guaranteed guess that's how they treat loyal customers with a 100percent rating, sincerely dudeblue1!!!

I picked up a refurbished iPhone 14 from WirelessSource and I'm honestly impressed. The screen was flawless and battery health was better then expected. Set up took mns. Great Value. I'm purchasing from them again for sure!

This company lies and deceives their customer just to gain a dollar. They robbed my little girl of her special Christmas gift they sent the IPad Pro 10.5 device I had ordered intended for my daughter’s Christmas gift with a flawed screen and useless charger. When reported of the flaw and useless charger on Dec 26th after my daughter opened it for Christmas to find it damaged and not working, they said they would fully refund it. I sent the item back followed all instructions for the return process and fully removed device from iCloud and everything! Even doing all that and they received the product in origins packing, just how they sent it to me, with all parts of the device they told me the would be keeping 50% of the purchase cost because I damaged the product. I reported immediately it was received damaged and THEY STOLE FROM ME !! They sell awful products and all their reviews are poor. I want everyone to know about how horrible this company is and how terrible they treat their customers! The stole my money!!

I ordered one to check the shipping speed and product quality and everything was good go we ordered 5 more. Me; personally, I was impressed with how simple the ordering process was. No hidden fees, clear info and the phones arrived quickly. We will likely order more in the future. We are using these as client gifts.

Never again will I buy from Wireless, no answer from customer service, an Ipad that stay charged for 2 hours and takes about 8 hours to charge. Request to return the Ipad to get my money .....1 month later no follow up ! $200 in the garbage.
