I ordered 10 Yard Signs from Packeze on Oct. 24th, 2025. On November 5th (after they were expected to have been shipped), I got a call that a QR code on my artwork wasn't working. By this time, it was too late to even get them in time for the event that they were supposed to be used to promote. So, I asked if I could just get a refund. I was told that I would need to send an email to request a refund. So, I sent an email right away the same day when I got off the phone. It is now February 2026 and that refund still hasn't come.
I've tried to call three times, to pitch the idea of at least getting credit for my order of over $100, as I would be happy to just send artwork for a different event that I have coming up. But, the people who pick up the phone always forward me to someone else that I end up leaving a voicemail for, but they have never gotten back to me.
So, at this point I have to make people aware of the business practices at play before they order, when I see these ads pop up in my feed. I sure hope they get back to me eventually. I would be a regular / repeat customer, if I could trust them. But, they have failed me.

Starting with a user friendly website, navigating and finding the items our business needs is a breeze. The design tool is extremely useful in designing our own custom products which for us, it’s commonly yard signs. We have ordered many times with great results on our full color signs. Always packed properly and never any issues. A great deal for quality products is always a bonus as a business owner and Packeze never lets us down. A great company to do business with.

Ordered a premium canopy set and they give an economy base for roll up banner. Buyer Beware. I will not be using them again!

Customer service is non existent.

Excellent experience. The customer service was exceptional, and the quality of the products was outstanding. I highly recommend this establishment.

I was on a very tight deadline and this company truly came through for me. Even though I placed my order later than I should have, their team worked with my timeframe and ensured everything was delivered on time. The final product exceeded my expectations. The banner is beautiful, my logo looks fantastic, and the quality is excellent. Their customer service was outstanding and communication was prompt and professional throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Marketing top notch, attractive people telling you how good they are and how others do not offer freebies and how “that’s craaaaazy”. You know what’s really crazy? The fact that you don’t respond to emails and only respond when you comment a Facebook post.

Additionally I specifically asked for die cut and was told after it was completed and paid for oh we don’t do that. Won’t be coming back, guess I’m craaaaazy.

If you’re in a hurry, don’t go through them if you’re planning a month ahead definitely use them.
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the marketing products. I got yard signs with a few business cards and door hangers thrown in as a bonus package.
Everything looks good and seems to be good quality for being a fraction of the price of competitors.
Only downside is it did take about 3-4 weeks to get my order. I had read about that online ahead of time so wasn’t an issue.

The representative took their time to communicate efficiently and the make adjustments needed in order for me to receive quality products and also assured me that I would receive it in time for my event. I indeed received my order on time, and it exceeded my expectations. Thank You!

These signs are complete trash. They’re so transparent. You can’t even read our logo cause because you see the reverse side of it. They wouldn’t even offer to help the solution.

I needed a sign made for my Dad who is a Vietnam Veteran. The sign was PERFECT! Customer service was over the top and shipping was FAST. The next time I need a sign made Packeze will be my go to for all my needs.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I wanted horizontal yard signs and they said logo would not fit and had to go with vertical.

I had special logos made that fit every size sign but it didn't matter to them.

They called me telling me this when I was working and tried to call them back a little later in the day to call me back to talk about everything and they did not call me back.

I called the girl and of course they wouldn't try to make it even right.

We are a new company and will be ordering alot of marketing materials but I can assure you it will NEVER be from this company.

Also the signs did not come with stakes as well and the time it took to get the signs made was very long and the material is cheap as well

Don't make the mistake of ordering from them, do yourself a favor and pay a little more to get the quality that you deserve.

They are a 3.7 rating for a reason!!

Didn’t ship order, don’t answer the phone, tracking page doesn’t work, live chat is an AI bot that tells you to call and use the tracking page(neither of which work of course). No response on email support either, 2 weeks for putting some boxes together to be shipped is crazy. Bought from them in the past and they came quickly, but this experience has made me decide never to use them again.

Their customer service is non-existent and their website doesn't work half the time. Why even offer online chat if there's never anyone available? Forget about getting any updates to shipment tracking if you place your orders offline via emailed POs.

Actually great looking product and very pleased with the quality. Had a few issues but they worked them out in a very timely manner. Only real thing they need to work on is communication. Better communication and five stars every time!!! I’ll definitely use again and recommend them to anyone to use.

Order 09/15/2025 still has not received anything yet

Honestly I wasn’t gonna get my hopes up when the ad came across Facebook but everything went great. Sent in my request, gave them assets to use to design and they had the proof back to me pretty quickly. Had to make a few small changes, review the second proof and they had it in production and then shipped to me. It came out sooooo beautiful, we are very happy with how it came out. The price was definitely worth everything it comes with.

The ordering process was very clear, and straightforward. I looked at over a dozen sites first, but what I was getting and at what price was not clear. The order quality was exactly as expected and in a very timely manner. I would recommend an email confirming the processing of the order. Giving credit card information over the internet is risky. Knowing someone has processed the order and is responding would be helpful.

After several failed attempts with graphic designers to design a backdrop for a conference we are attending; I found Packeze through Instagram (lol, I know)! After speaking to the lady who answered the phone, we quickly realized that not only are they a printing company but the graphic design came with the purchase! Winning!!! Communication about edits was easy and fast! We rushed our order and from the time we placed the order to the time it was delivered was 8 days!?!?! Best decision we have made, we will definitely stand out at the conference, and we will definitely refer business and repeat business with them! Thanks again Packeze Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent customer service

Great quality of products and great price for everything that we received. We got 20 yard signs, door hangers, business cards, and magnets - everything looks great and clear and good quality. Will order again! The production and shipping wasn't super speedy, but we weren't in a rush for our products so it doesn't affect my review. :)
