Last month I got notification that my credit card was out of date I called kinetic talked to a live individual they updated my record and for an entire month I kept on getting notifications that my credit card was out of date I ended up recalling back and giving my number again I hope this doesn't affect my service

I have a HUGE billing issue with Windstream/Kinetic Business. In an area that MAKES you use this company. Been a customer 23 years which means nothing. Landline only two numbers and a fax ( yes, some still do that). Using old copper lines so extra charges of 63.00 until THEY change to fiber, but is that my fault they want to UPGRADE? No. We get nothing from them but LANDLINE phone. A bill that was 381 is now 500. Crap Company and if could change it would happen.

All the guys that came here to help me were wonderful. Very considerate and very understanding of my need to get Internet fixed. I am 75 years old and you don’t know how special it is to have a group of young men to come and help me like they did.

My bill went up when promised it would not, spoke with 2 people who were very nice and seemed to know what they were doing. I was told I would be given a discount but had to pay today to get the discount, but was assured my auto draft would not go through as scheduled at the higher price. Assured by 2 people all was fixed and good. Today I find that the auto did indeed go through as well as the discount, so I called because of a higher bill and get charged twice! when I called to get my money back, I was argued with, then sent to another person who said even though they could clearly see I was double billed, I needed to send proof that it went through my bank and then it would be up to 10 days to reverse the charge! Really it took you 1 day to pull the money why on earth does it take 10 days! SO unhappy with Kinetic should have switched to Verizon months ago like I wanted to. Don't fall for the "we can beat that price" they just go up randomly to get you back to the same high, ridiculous price as before!

They came out right away and repaired the downed line. They also called us to check that the service was working before they left.

I was told nothing would change as far as my account besides the price. Speed wouldn’t change. Well the guy lied. Now my internet is slow when I’m only streaming ONE tv.

I’m so happy with Kinetic. It was a bit stressful to have to have new lines placed. It went smoothly. The staff was really nice answering all of my questions :). I am now enjoying great service - yeah!!! Thanks for being out there for me to get.

They charge me what most of my friends pay for fiber internet. They have told me they were bringing fiber to my area for 15 years and have yet to do so. In order to do most things I have to ensure only one thing is turned on and connected or I have terrible speeds. Charging an arm and a leg for 25m/s and 1mb upload.
THIS INTERNET IS HORRIBLE AND ITS TOO BAD THEY ARE THE ONLY OPTION IN THE AREA. I would not use them if I had a choice.
