I had a great sales man but… i specifically told the install team not to move a piece of art in the shape of the coffee table. I had moved it back and asked the head guy does it need to move back further. No. And, he said, the guys will put back all your furniture at the end. Not only did they not move the furniture back but they had moved the coffee table and the leg pulled out of the wood base, with 1 of the 4 screws in the leg. One screw I found in the back of the room; I think they vac’d up the other 2 screws. They propped the table up with the unattached leg so I would not see!! This is a priceless piece of art!
The other thing that I was not informed of is they bent the bottom frame of one of the 2 windows they installed!
Just horrible!

We had 31 installed in one day, the windows are great, but the installation crew was fantastic...well done team!

From the sales guy to the follow-up measurement guy, to the window crew— everyone was kind, positive, personable, and knowledgeable. My windows look beautiful, and I feel great. I was especially scared when the windows were about to be installed, but the crew leader took charge and eased any doubts I was having. Super great installers and gorgeous windows.

Sales rep sent web address quickly to request service. Service team promptly reached out and scheduled an appointment. Service tech knew immediately what was wrong and made the repair. We are highly satisfied with the process.

i was very impressed with m installer Nick. He was solo on the job and completed everything to my satisfaction. I had a great salesman with David Freeman and his boss Joey.

The installation crew was great. They showed up with a crew of 11 so they could complete the job in one day. The leader talked us through the different steps so we would know things were being done the best way.

Very helpful in choosing the right windows, excellent installation and good value.

The process that took place on the 12th was smooth. The issues are Why it rook almost 2 years to get that process handled. Your Operations Manager knows alll about it

I had a big picture window that needed to be upgraded. The sales manager told me it wouldn’t look any different than the other windows. It looks very different. I’ve been speaking with the ops manager Tom who has basically refused to do anything about it . I would have paid more to switch the window out with something else but I was told it wouldn’t look any different. Now Window nation won’t make it right.

Good price for a great product. Installation went very smoothly. Our new windows are beautiful. We highly recommend Window Nation.

I was scammed by this company. There were THREE windows ordered and I am still waiting to hear back from someone regarding taking measurements because apparently the order wasn't taken properly. I am going to file a formal complaint. I have spent the entire day trying to follow up and nobody responds.
