The MAIN entrance door was OPENED for more than 10 minutes after the security code was entered when ENTERING or EXITING the storage.

I chose Wilson Storage Ormond because of the 24/7 availability. But now for my own personal safety, I will ONLY go to the storage during OFFICE HOURS.

CCTV camera needs to be installed to inform people inside who is the person outside entering the security code - whether we need to run for our life or continuing doing whatever we are doing.

QR code and/or APP based options should be implemented for ENTERING & EXITING the storage.

Nowadays in parking lots, we DO NOT get out of the cars to insert the parking tickets!!! Why should we get out the car to enter the security code at Wilson Storage Ormond during ENTER & EXIT?

The service at Wilson Storage East Bentleigh is second to none. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are modern, clean, well lit and secure. I've never been disappointed in years of renting storage with them.
