The customer service from Anthea was great. She helped organise my storage cage and setup my account very easily.

The space is clean, general entry and lift access is well set out and easy to coordinate.

The staff were very helpful. The facility was very clean and easy to access. It was great to have use of the van to move our things.

Anthea was reassuring from the word go very helpful to a mature lady who had to leave her home also the after hrs access system works very well and is a bonus for time poor people.

The service and facilities are very high standard and we were able to get up and running at short notice.
I would give 5 stars if there was an extra lift to speed up multiple people loading on second floor.

The staff were very helpful in all situations during and even when I need to move due to location.

A pleasure to deal with and an ease to move into. The place is so clean and so safe as well.

Anthea went out of her way to help us, while simultaneously helping two other people who had queries. She was never flustered. Also, access to the storage facility so far has been very simple and easy. A great system.

The manager Anthea is very nice and really helpful. The facility is clean, well lit and secure. The pricing is reasonable. My only negative comment is that you are not permitted to ride in the frieght elevator, you have to send it up/down and then use the stairs (which to be fair are only a couple of metres away), not worth knocking a star off for. Recommended.

Overall experience was terrific. First impressions always count, the general cleanliness of the facility was first class. Andrea (office manager) was welcoming helpful and very informative which made the process seamless.

Friendly staff and always felt that my items were in goods hands and safe.

Very attentive service, no fuss.
